I was looking for a charger that I could plug in at my apartment as well as use a 240v plug that I can use at my parents house. The product is neatly packaged and comes with a really good quality carrying case! It fits perfectly into the fronk of my Test Model 3 The nice color sets it apart from the other ones. You're able to adjust the charging speed on the device interface. I'm very pleased and think this is a great value for the price I paid! It's also longer than the standard Tesla charger so that's a plus ☺ï¸

This charger works fine plugged into the 40-amp 240V NEMA 14-50. Feels like a quality product, and charges my Ioniq 5 with no problems. I deliberately bought the 32-amp version of the product since you are supposed to draw 20% less than the breaker capacity on the circuit for charging. Nothing heats up. J1772 plug easily inserts into and withdraws from the Ioniq 5. The 110-v plug is a bonus, and if I end up buying a higher-end, higher-amp charger (and rewiring my garage) I will still keep this one in the trunk for emergency use.One thing not shown in the listing is that there is a hole on the back that lets you hang the charger from a screw in the wall. My outlet is up high, and I put in a screw to keep the weight of the charger and cable off of the outlet. The long cord is helpful given the high location of my outlet. The Ioniq 5 charges from the right rear, but this cable runs down the wall, out the garage door, across the front of the car and down the side of the car to the connector without trouble. With a shorter cable I would probably have to back the car in whenever it needed charging.

If you need a fairly long charging cable for your EV or PHEV this is the cord to buy. It’s 30ft long and works flawlessly. Very well built and the best priced option you’ll find on Amazon. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, design, and purchase of the product. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Buy Now!

I was almost ready to purchase a more expensive charger that would qualify for a rebate from my utility provider when I read reviews on the EG Evegoer. The unit can store easily in it's own hard sided suitcase, but mine will live plugged into a 30amp outlet in the garage for a Level 2 charge. The bright color is fantastic and easy to see at night. And the 30' cord is a gamechanger for me considering the location of the outlet and the need to reach the Lightning outside of the garage while leaving me plenty of room to access the front steps into the house. The screen is bright and makes selecting the correct amps a breeze. I set the charge time and amount of charge in the truck's app to take advantage of low utility rate. I've also used this on the Fiat 500e that sits on the opposite side of the garage from the plug, so again, the 30' cord is very nice.

This is a really nice charge that can charge level 1 or 2 and includes the adaptor to charge on level one. I needed a charger that could charge both 110V and 240V and did not want to buy an extra adaptor for 110V. This comes with an adaptor.110V is a slow charge, but sometimes that is my only option. It has a nice, long 30ft cable which makes it easier to reach my vehicle. Then I can adjust the amps as needed, depending on what is available at my location. It also includes a really nice case to keep the charger secure and safe. I'm really happy with my prchase and would buy again.

this charger is amazing! it’s easy to use, you literally hook up and plug in. the performance is awesome and charges pretty fast. the cord and plugs are extremely durable as the carrying case was very heavy with the charger inside. i love the blue color. it’s beautiful and bright and easy to see day or night so no one should trip over it or mow over it. for $150 this is the best value! most other chargers of this capacity cost well over $200 and this works just as well as the expensive ones

2024-03-30 Update: While this doesn't affect my rating, I did find I could improve the latch mechanism significantly by adding a rubber band. I've added pictures showing the internal spring I think should be stronger and the way I placed a rubber band to help increase tension. These are my initial impressions after trying it with a couple cars (Spark EV and Bolt EV). I will update this review if my experience changes with time.Pros:Very nice semihard carrying caseBright display with useful informationTouch-sensitive buttons for adjusting amperage and setting a delayClear usage instructions and works as expectedAlmost comically thick cable inspires confidence (see photos of my finger next to it and an OEM GM EVSE for comparison)Included 5-15 adapter is nice to haveCons:Carrying case is very big and I may not end up using it when travelingOverall set is very heavy because of the (likely overkill) cord thicknessLatch on J1772 connector is a little looseI'll start my detailed feedback with that last point. When connecting to either of my EVs, the plug makes a connection and charging initiates just fine. However, the latch doesn't click into place as surely as with other connectors I've used. The latch appears to close enough to make the connection, but there is a lot of play and I have to push up from under the button on the handle to feel like the latch is all the way down. I won't try it, but I imagine you could yank the plug out while the vehicle is actively charging if you don't intentionally pull the switch up to push the latch all the way down. I suppose it needs a stronger spring or less travel. It's also possible my unit has a weak spring and this isn't common, but I don't have a second unit to compare.Aside from the latch, I don't have any concerns yet. My Spark EV immediately pulled the 3.4 kW I expected (the Spark maxes out at 3.3-3.4 kW, either 14A at 240V or 16A at 208V with variation in between). My Bolt EV pulled a surprising 34A for a max of 8.0 kW according to the display, and I believe it based on the resulting charge time. No connector or other part of the EVSE became warm during these tests. I do not have a 40A-capable EV to try at this time.To summarize, I am happy with this for the price and given the feature set. I especially appreciate being able to derate the amperage for times when I may not need the full 32 or 40 amps that my car can pull or in case I need to use an adapter to plug into a 30A outlet (and therefore charge at a max of 24A). Unfortunately, the loose latch mechanism makes this feel a little toylike (the thought no doubt aided by the bright colors, which I actually like very much) and I can't give it a perfect score.

Received the product last week with the power adapter missing. Contacted the seller regarding this issue and they sent the part immediately. Highly recommended and trust worthy seller.
