I usually wait a year or two to write a review to see how things weathered, etc, but there were so many reviews about difficulty with assembly, etc., I'm making an exception. Overall I'm impressed with these chairs and table. The assembly was easy, 8 hex head screws per item. I used a drill with a hex head and it was probably 30-45 minutes max. I am a 65 year old woman for reference. The instructions were clear, everything labeled. The finished product is sturdy and the chairs roomy enough for my plus size partner. The cushions are fine, and I appreciate that the covers are zippered for cleaning. Many reviewers complained about them. If you want a higher quality, spend more money. I find the cushions comfortable and attractive. I love the tie in back of the rear cushion, and velcro on the other two to hold things in place. This is the rare product that has met and even slightly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the workers who made this product.

I like the product for many reasons. Appearance, comfort, foot stool that puts away under chairs, table with glass; and it was package extremely well. I would like to offer a change: Assembly is intended to be made easy and instructions are quick and clear; BUT - using inverted hex head fasteners (Allen head style) caused the job completion to be frustrating and the time to assemble was made more than triple over that which it would have been if simple hex head fasteners were used. Including in the packaging the inverted hex tool is appreciated but is very difficult to use. A cheap hex head tool could be included for hex head fasteners- or; most people have wrenches. 6 millimeter fasteners with 10 millimeter hex head would work perfect. Using a ratcheting tool for the hex head, I’d have been done in minutes. Not possible to use a ratcheting tool for inverted hex. No room/clearance to use a ratcheting tool for inverted hex. I wanted some wicker chairs for the living room that wouldn’t break the bank and these seem like a nice fit. Once put together, they seem sturdy, well made, and pretty comfy. I dropped a star, even tho they were easy to assemble, they had hex screws, which are evil to use. I could have had them assembled in 10-15 minutes if they’d used regular screws. Having said that, I would have put two more screws on the back of the seat for more stability but what they have seems sturdy. The back pillows are a bit flat, but I was going to replace anyway with something a bit more beachy. I do like the chairs, they’re a good price, and take up way less space than my old couch. I highly recommend!

Surprisingly large and comfortable for the price. These chairs are able to hold a higher weight and are nice and wide for comfort. We have enjoyed the set tremendously since it arrived (in two packages). The build is not difficult but does use hex screws which presents its own challenges.I do wish the glass top of the table was more securely attached, it just sits within the frame of the table. I did add an additional seat cushion from our old chairs to the backs which improved the overall comfort and scotch guarded the fabric portions. After reading other reviews, I bought some covers to help reduce wear on the chairs/cushions and ordered the light tan color in an effort for any sun bleaching to not be as noticeable. But overall won’t be disappointed if I have to replace them next year since the chairs and table are so nice and solid.

We needed patio furniture for the new home ahead of the holiday gatherings and we really liked the look of the furniture. The wicker quality is sturdy, well crafted and has a decent weight to it. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The ottomans that tuck away and the tempered glass desk were what sealed the deal.Price wise, it’s not amazing, but not a deal breaker either because it’s of the quality craftsmanship. Lastly, the seller is proactive and very communicative, reaching out to provide additional information and tracking.

This set looks great on our balcony. It's comfortable and I like that I am able to sit up or recline depending on my mood. looking forward to outdoor movie nights, relaxing in these seats, when the weather warms up.

Pretty quick delivery after ordering. Beautiful set. Assembly time was about 75 minutes, with 2 people. Could have saved about 15 minutes had it not been for the hex keys and small space to turn the screws. Good advice from the instructions and other reviewers to not tighten the screws until all are in place and aligned with the hole.

Love that it was easy to put together and included extra parts! Seat and ottoman cushions have velcro to the help hold in place. I wish the back position was a little straighter. Being that it is a short back, head tends to lean back. I am sure I can fix that with different back pillows. The material is cheap and I doubt it will last long but looks great for now. Came quickly and arrived a day earlier. Little mark/flaw on the glass but not very noticeable.
