I purchased them for my son. I thought the fit was great. Adjustable elastic/buttons inside the waist.The only problem is that I liked them so much that I ordered another pair, same size, but red instead of black. The red pair were much smaller. Almost immediately he ripped a seam near the left pocket & eventually the button hole as well. My son is autistic and lacks fine motor skills. He didn’t cause the tear by the pocket but I believe he was directly responsible for the button hole. I have no idea why the red pair was so much smaller. Both were labeled the same size 🤷â€â™€ï¸

They are cute but ran ever so slightly big in waist for my size 7 grandson. He loves the pockets.

This item runs 2 sizes too small. Ordered a 12, which seemed like a 10. Reordered a 16 & it fit fine, with a little room for growth.

Well made shorts, but not true to size, a size 10 fits like a size 8. I bought size 10 and should have got a size 12. The shorts are worth buying, you get the right size

The shorts run on the small size, I got these for my 12 year grandson for school, but after they were washed they shrunk in size and he could not wear them. I gave them a 3 out of 5 because of that,But my other grandson could wear them, that’s why I didn’t send them back.
