Stopped guitar strap from squeaking . When the acoustic guitar move, the strap made a noise that amplified thru the guitar and the amplifier. This flexible devices added security but also eliminated the noise too!!!

Works just great. It might not work on some thicker straps with short knobs, but it certainly secures my leather strap to the guitar.

I use these to fit over and old and worn out guitar strap that was no longer a safe option. It is one of my favorites and I did not want to give it up so this was a cheap and easy way to keep it tight and secure. I no longer have to worry about the guitar slipping out of the worn strap and becoming damaged. A great and inexpensive fix to be sure. A+!

These teardrop shaped strap locks are sooooo much easier to put on and take off when compared to the circular ones, especially the super stiff Fender ones. And despite being easier to put on and take off, these Levy's ones hold just as well. If you're looking for this style of strap lock, stop looking and just buy this one.

Maybe it's just my opinion but these are too soft which results in them basically doing anything. They're just there... You put them on and move a around and soon one will pop off. These aren't doing anything but slowing down your strap popping loose. I wouldn't trust an expensive guitar to these. No way!
