I've replaced all the handles on my left hand retrieve Lew's reels with this handle.( Pro Ti, Custom lite SLP, Hypermag SLP), excellent lightweight replacement. IMO the 27mm paddles on this handle are the most comfortable.

I own 14 Lew's super duty reels (all left hand retrieve) that I've upgraded with this handle. The handle doesn't know if the drive shaft is on the left or right but the reel must have a bowed star drag (not flat) for it to work. This same handle came with my BB1 pro's in LH retrieve which I have 7 of these.

IT WILL WORK ON LEFT HAND RETRIEVE REELS. Bought this as a replacement for my left handed Mach crush and worked perfectly. The carbon is noticeably lighter, great addition to the combo.

they are great. the only negative I have is the screw cap on each grip comes off pretty easily. that doesn't affect the handle use at all though. the cap is just a screw cover that covers the nut that holds the handle on.

Fits great,just make sure you keep the tiny screw lined up with the hole that runs through the handle and the spacer,other than that these are great replacements if you dont like the paddle handles
