These are huge! Also, very heavy and the cords are long. Way bigger than I expected in every dimension. They are super cute and I want to love them, but I am having a hard time. I have some curtains in the house that are frequently used and moved to allow sunshine in or block it out. The particular curtains that I have included in pictures are moved minimum twice a day sometimes much more. We generally pull them closed at night and open them during the day to let natural light in. Or keep them closed in the summer to keep the hot sun out. However, in the evenings, the sun shines straight in and blinds us at the kitchen table so I tend to pull them partially closed to block the blinding light, but still allow some light in on the sides. I was hoping to use these flower tiebacks to cinch them in the center to allow more light in, but keep the upper part of the curtain stretched wide to block the light from blinding us. Unfortunately, these flowers are too heavy and the cords are too long to look nice in doing so. The flower hangs towards the floor that you can’t even see the front of it. If I wrap it around (3 times!) I can get it to look cute, but it takes some work to get the flower to lay nicely. Since I move these curtains multiple times a day, I can’t spend that kind of time messing with the tie backs. I was looking for something I could slap on in two seconds and be done. If you’re looking for something to put in place and leave long term these might be right for you, but not something you want to struggle with over and over. I’m hoping to find another area of the house I’ll be happy leaving them in, but if not I’ll be sending them back.

These flowers are so pretty in gold and the tiebacks do the trick of adding a bit of whimsy to my curtains, which hang in a doorway to help with drafts I use gold hooks to hold the tiebacks. The magnets are strong so need to worry about the tieback holding its place.

I am very pleased with these tiebacks. They are quite heavy but the magnets are strong so they hang on with no problems. I purchased the "coffee" color but I would say these are more of a champagne/light bronze. Some previous reviews stated that the magnets fell out, they have since fixed that issue with a round piece of fabric tape over the magnet. I highly recommend them.

This works well with a thick blackout curtain, but I think would be too heavy for sheer or lightweight curtains. I have two large panels per side and this works either on a single loop or double. I really like that I can just pull the curtains slightly back to let a breeze in but don’t have to commit to a fully drawn curtain. Magnet works very well through the fabric and is coated so as not to leave any markings.
