Ladies! If you're looking for a cute, modest denim skirt for a good price that doesn't look or feel like it came from Shein, this is it! I love these skirts so much! For reference, I am 5'6" and weigh 205lbs. My waist size is 38in and my hips are 47in. I purchased a size 16 plus. I am very happy with it in both fit and quality! I could've easily sized down and I know that because I was given a size 14 by a friend, and whenever I first put it on, it fits like a bodycon item, but stretches out to be slightly less form fitting during the day with a ton of wrinkles. To get a more average fit without having to wear it a few hours (and get less wrinkles) I sized up.It's still a flattering fit that accentuates my curves, but not quite as much. Based on their size chart, it's just right for my measurements, unlike other reviews saying to size up or down. I will say that just like with the size 14 one I owned previously, it has a good few inches of stretch and stretches out some with wearing! It still looks flattering though and the larger size made for far less wrinkles as it did, but does start to fall down as it stretches around my waist! Both sizes come down to just slightly below my knees. The quality excellent for the price and is just the same as a pair of jeans from somewhere like Walmart! It easily looks and feels like it would be a more expensive skirt! I would definitely buy more and plan to!!

I was interested in this skirt because I liked the length and the fact that the slit in the back was not too high up the thigh. I agonized over the size chart because I was between size 6 and 8. At 5' 81/2" and 155 lbs., I usually wear a size 6 in jeans; however, I ordered this skirt in three different colors, each in a size 8. I'm glad I went up a size, even though (like other reviews warned) the waist is a little roomy--a problem easily remedied by wearing a belt. The hem hits me an inch or two above the knee, which is a nice, modest length without being frumpy or matronly.It is important to note that these are not a-line skirts. They are PENCIL skirts that will hug your hips and thighs. If you have a belly pooch, this skirt will NOT conceal it. In fact, the belly under-cupping will likely accentuate that pooch.The pockets are legitimate, although the two front ones are only finger-length deep--not deep enough to hold a cell phone securely; however, there is more room in the back pockets.The fabric does have a little elasticity woven into it so the skirt gives and is very comfortable to wear, but it is not a terribly thick or heavy cotton denim. In fact, if you purchase the white skirt you'll want to be sure to wear flesh-colored underwear, although the pockets on the skirt do offer a good amount of coverage.In short, the three skirts I bought will be my summer wardrobe staples. I'm glad that I took a chance that the size chart was somewhat accurate. Denim skirts this length aren't easy to find, and the price was very fair.

I'll start with the positives. This skirt does have some stretch to it and is very comfortable. It looks stylish and can be dressed up or toned down. I'd wear this skirt anywhere. I usually wear a size 8 in a denim skirt and that's what I purchased and it fit perfectly. My waist is 28 and my hips about 38. It fit everywhere. There was no gap in the waist, it just conformed to me. After wearing it for a day, I was so thrilled that I decided to order the Potassium color and the Medium Blue. That's where I ran into my problems as is the only negative thing I have to say about the skirt and the reason I gave it 4 stars. The Potassium fit perfectly and, if possible, I love it more than the black one. In fact, I'm wearing it right now. But I had no end of problems with the sizing of the Medium Blue. It was skin tight. I compared it to the black one and it was much smaller. I double checked that it was a size 8 and it was. Disappointed, I returned it for a size 10. I was positive it was going to be too big. I've never worn a 10. I tried it on when it arrived and it was still skin tight. I compared it to the black size 8 and it was still smaller. The waist was the same size but the hips about an inch smaller. I wanted it so bad, however, that I returned it and ordered a 12. It arrived today. It is a little bigger than I like but fits far better than the size 10. I don't know what's going on with the Medium Blue but, if you order that color, beware that (unless this was a fluke) it runs very small.

I absolutely LOVE this skirt. I’ve been looking for a great Jean skirt for a while and finally bought this one. It is the perfect length and fit for mature women. It has a great hem ( no fringe) … yeah! ..and all the little details - pocket; stitching etc. makes it stand out and look classy. Well made. A little stretch to the material makes it fit well.and comfy!!

Feels good and looks good, but the pockets are extremely small. This is an iPhone 15 Pro Max, for reference, This was a squeeze, and it bulges. Not a deal breaker if you don’t want to carry your phone in your pocket, or you have a very small phone.

This denim is very stretchy and expands about 2 inches which is great if you're between sizes. The stretch doesn't act like shapewear at all so it's very comfortable and the denim is fairly sheer. White skirt shows your underwear so wear nude color. The midi length is perfect for making the wearer look slender and still covers your thighs when seated. Pockets are large enough to hold a cell phone but mine kept falling out when I was seated. I ordered my usual size 4 for skirts and pants and it fit perfectly with a little room to move. (I am 5'6", 127 lbs, 31" inseam)

Strech is minimal and it does not fit. It is at least one size too small due to almost no strech. Thin material is not denim. It is also see trough to the point that your underwear colour will be visible.

I love the skirt but it is a bit large. I normally wear size 12 but the chart measurements and Amazon suggested size 16. Size 14 would have been perfect I am keeping it and will wear it with a belt.Nice denim material and pockets.
