AC looks like decent quality. Cools the room as intended but arrived cracked. Additionaly the matched sleeve did not match. There is at least a 3/4 inch gap around the the A/C which is way too much. A/C came with lots of foam insulation strips to fill these gaps but that seems pretty poor solution for a "Matched" wall sleeve. Also had to insert foam supports in the bottow of the sleeve to make it fit top to bottom. It hangs out the front of the sleve into the room by at least 5 inches. I included a picture of it mocked up in my shed. I haven't installed it fully yet. but I am disappointed in the total package for $900 spent.

I had another brand and more BTu's and this is more BTU's but, doesn't seem to cool off as well as the other brand. Otherwise it's fine.

This arrived defective and dealing with LG has been a nightmare! They have taken weeks, not been able to send a tech to fix it . Say they are going to call me and do not. Then they say they are going to replace it and then change their story. LG customer service is the worst I have seen in a major manufacturer. I will update when or if they come together. Basically their manufacturers warrant is worthless at this point and the Assurion policy we purchased does not kick in until the manufacturer is up. No comment from amazon yet.After escalating and a couple of months of hassle. LG did fully refund including paying for the shipping back. A hassle but they eventually did the right thing.
