This product grates hard cheese ( like Parmesan) with ease and the consistency is like puffy snowflakes! Prepackaged shredded cheese doesn't hold a candle to freshly grated. I grate enough for a week at a time and store it in the fridge in a mason jar...viola...fresh, beautifully grated cheese whenever I want it. I have arthritis in my hands and the dynamics of holding the handles of the grater closed can be awkward at times, but well worth the effort. A breeze to clean too! Great product for my needs.

The handle is too short to have the leverage needed to grate cheese and the connection is so flimsy the handle comes off continuously. Total fail. So thankful Amazon has satisfaction guarantee to return for credit! Going back asap

My sister-in-law loves when they pile on the cheese at the table at the Olive Garden! I searched far and wide for one of these and after the reading the reviews I decided on this one.. she absolutely loves it!It works very well, dishwasher safe, very well-made.. easy to use, and it’s very compact so it’s easy to store! Very happy with this purchase!

While I do like this product, I take issue with the crank-if falls off a lot, sometimes while in use. It's easy to clean and easy to work, but I wish the handle would lock in better.

It's a little flimsy but it does the job really well, and grates hard cheeses (like parm) very quickly and nicely. Fingers crossed it will last awhile.

This grater lasted about 6 months and worked fairly well for that time. The way it is built is a little annoying because the handle comes off so that it is easy to clean, but that means that it is just constantly coming off in your hand when you're trying to use it. Then it's like the metal cylinder wouldn't stay in place anymore and would start slipping. The cheese would get all backed up inside and then it wouldn't grate at all. We tried taking it apart and readjusting it several times to no avail. In the garbage it went.

Its a bsaic grater smartly redesigned to be very handy. It easoly grates cheese or butter and ensures that it easilly falls into the food that you want without much hassle. Bery easy to use and looks decently good color of white and green. Could have been a bit more sturdy but thats alright.

I struggle to use this product. I cook quite a bit and was hoping for better. Quality is low. Cheese sticks to the inside rather than falling to your food. Easily comes apart when trying to grate. Also, not an easy clean. Not at all worth the purchase.
