Seems to be made petty well made. A little tall but it is easy to move from place to place. Also the handle that rolls the hose up is very easy. Not a lot of closed areas for dirt, leaves to accumulate in. Pretty good deal for the cost.

Solid, well made, takes two to assemble for a couple pieces. I have 3 plastic boxes reels . . . every one of them & the dozen before them leaked & broke, different brands. The first thing the wife said was buy another one & we'll sell the Suncast at the next garage sale. I would like to have a wheel brake, but not an issue. I had to lubricate the intake fitting, but that was included as a possibility in the instructions. Put 100 foot hose in it & it will easily take a second one. The free included pistol nozzle was better than ant we had. The included intake hose was heavy duty & the fittings on the reel were all metal. The intake connection had a female fitting that had a spinning hose fitting ! Didn't have to spin the hose to make the attachment! I also bought a wall hose hanger from Liberty that is also high quality, solid, excellent. The only negative is: Not Made In The USA

Happy with the hose reel in general...buttt missing 4 screws and 2 cap nuts!!! The company is mailing them to me but the inconvenience is maddening.

I am 75 yrs. old and I find this very easy to maneuver. It is a strong good quality product.My younger brother put it together for me. It does required abilty to assemble.I used it for the first time today and was very pleased.

In general, the quality of this hose reel appears to be good. However, there are two things that were not atall acceptable:1) The short leader hose was packaged so tightly (tied in a knot) that the hose was kinked in three places, cracking the outside protective covering around the hose.2) There is not enough space between the outside of the reel drum and the hose connector fitting to allow a heavy duty hose with protective non-kink reinforcing to be attached properly.Other than those two items, everything looks good.

AVOID BUYING THIS HOSE CART!!! This is a cheaply built hose reel. I bought really good Liberty hose reels in the past from Sam's Club. This Liberty cart has a terrible design. The cart is unstable and the hose cylinder is terrible. The edges of the circular hose containment boundaries are flat and have sharp edges, unlike the older models that were sturdy and smooth (refer to attached photo). The legs are very light weight, and there is practically no base to the cart, so reeling in the hose is almost impossible to perform without the cart tipping over. The unit also tips over when you unreel the hose by holding onto the hose nozzle and walking away from the cart out into your yard. I give this an overall rating of ZERO! Liberty, take this off the market! You can do, and have done, much better.

We had a plastic hose reel and it was the worst. This is so sturdy and tall, it's a dream to move and I hardly have to bend to grab the nozzle...

Easy to move with a full roll of hose and easy to roll hose back in . I am totally pleased with the unit.

Unable to fully assess as damaged goods. Appeared sturdy enough however lead hose provided in the package was very fragile and I would have replaced it. I do not recommend this product

The box was destroyed on arrival. The bolt holes in the parts do not line up. The wheels do not stay on. The whole item is warped and impossible to assemble. Be very wary.
