Designed for residential sewage applications. Higher flow rates allow use with 2" discharge lines. PRG-Series residential grinders can be used as a replacement pump in 2" discharge systems using LE40 and LE50-series solids-handling pumps. NOTE: PRG-Series flow rates do not exactly match LE-series flow rates. Consult factory with actual application and head specifications prior to replacing LE40 and LE50 series pumps (Min flow rate: 42 GPM at 5ft head - see Mfg specifications for full curve).

great grinder pump, just note that its a bit louder that the liberty non grinder sewage ejector.

Pump function is above and beyond! If your a landlord, plan on NOT getting calls to fix a clogged toilet or sink ever again. 1 and done! Just install and forget it!

My old pump stuck many times before, made water everywhere. This one really powerful, I could throw toilet paper in basement restroom now ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

I purchased this very expensive equipment and have been duped for the entire purchase price. I relied on a 3-year warranty covering the product (purchased October 2023) and it has stopped working in March 2024. The third party seller is no longer associated with Amazon or in business, Liberty Pumps looked up the serial number and won't honor the warranty because the equipment was manufactured in 2014 even though I purchased it in 2023. Amazon won't honor a return, so I am out $1,300 and will never purchase expensive equipment through Amazon again. For all of Amazon's benefits, they have completely shut me out with this problem, if I can even get a live human to speak with at all. Terrible. Purchase items like this locally!!

When I bought it the pump would cut on and off with the float and now stays on all the time had to hook it up to a timer for it to cut on and off

I upgraded to this pump from my 4/10hp pump that came with the Pro380 sewage pump system. I live in a home with several kids, and that means things get flushed down the toilet that shouldn't be flushed. Mainly nonflushable wipes that would get clogged in the smaller pump without a slicer. This pump has worked well for a month now. My main issue with the pump is that it is a lot louder than the other pump. That was to be expected, but I just didn't think it would be this loud. My other issue is that I just don't see why this pump cost nearly $700 more than a replacement 4/10hp pump. Maybe $200-$300 more, but $700 is a little puzzling. It will be worth it though if it means I won't have to did out paper towels and diaper wipes from now on.

Liberty pump works great...very quiet with the 2 " quiet check valve. Hope it lasts for a very long time. The old pump lasted in excess of 50 years.

This product was used for getting rid of gray water in the septic. 3 months in and it just stopped. Now, I believe the reason it stopped is due to the head pressure created when the line going to the pump-out froze. So, essentially, it has no ability to protect itself if head pressure gets too high. No way to get warranty.
