They are great 😊. I don’t use them daily only for special occasions because they are bouncy and that can be distracting. They are big enough for me to sit in as well.

If you look through the pictures you will see three grown women sitting in these with their feet comfortably on the floor and the back of their knees sitting perfectly on the edge of these devices. LIES! These yoga donuts are smaller (think cat bed size). If cat sized bouncy donuts work for you then look no further and order these as they are great quality.

All of the colors are just beautiful. They are bright and cheery. My intent is to use this for a fun ab workout. Balancing in a V sit is not going to be easy. And then once that becomes easy, you can even do bicep curls with some light weights and see how the balancing goes. It is a progression. I like that so many come in the package because then I have one for the kids too, the only thing I don’t like is you have to hurry up and put the plug in after you pull the pump out. The air comes out at the same speed that the air goes in. They put some kind of suction thing in there. At least the suction device could close a little bit to slow down the release of the air. It’s not a hard thing to add.
