Like nearly everything written in China and translated to English, this earns a D minus grade.The nuts and bolts are above average and tools are included. Earns a A.Wheels are decent and look like non-maring poly. Earns an A.Packaging? C minus. The handling of this must be difficult based on the accordion folds in the cardboard box. Only very minor damage to the product inside.Paint? Unsure at this point. It looks good but there are a few places where the paint is bumpy. Hopefully it is not an indicator of subsurface rust.

The description says this did not need to be assembled. It did. And I asked if the shelves were adjustable and was told they are. They're not. Once I got someone to put it together, it is a solid piece and the blue is nice. But I can't use it for my intended purpose because I needed two tall shelves and I only have one. And I am not about to take it apart and return it at this point.

I love the color. I like that is fundamentally easy to assemble. However, for some reason the instructions are skimpy and the illustrations are very hard to see. So, I had to do some trial and error finagling to get it together. I was unable to get the shelving on fully because of skimpy instructions and the holes were not made well. It seems sturdy enough to put books on except for the bottom shelf. I've yet to try books on it.
