As simple as this product is, it’s really been a time and hassle-saver! My Tesla Model Y did not come with screws for the license plate and the screws I bought at the BMV did not fit the license plate bracket! These fit perfectly in the rear license plate bracket. The standard screws worked perfectly for the plate without a frame.

I purchased a used 2021 Model Y and Tesla has some work to do on the license plate frame - the nuts for the screws in the frame freed themselves of the plastic making it impossible to remove the screws and install a new plate. I ordered a new aftermarket frame on Amazon and it didn't have the screws. I went to the hardware store looking to save time and a few bucks thinking, surely, they will have the right screws. Nope, all wrong, I settled on some that were too long and despite my best efforts, I wound up scratching my paint in the process.Touched up the paint and ordered these and they work perfectly. Just order them, save yourself the headache I put myself through.
