We bought these in September 2023 and they have lasted until now (September 2024)! Our puppies (now 1 year & 8 months) loved these!Great to keep them engaged if you have to hop on a work call or for some mental stimulation.We’ve used pumpkin, PB, coconut oil, coconut water, Kefir, etc. Pro-tip, spread your mix on the liki mat and then freeze it flat for an hour or so. It makes it last much longer!!Whenever I put coconut oil/water on this and freeze it, my girl is occupied for almost 30 minutes.These clean really well and hold up well too.I’d be careful and supervise if your dog is a big chewer like mine. Over time, she’s pulled some of the silicone apart or even ripped the corners off. Our boy is sooooo gentle and has never had a problem though.Overall, I recommend for the price-point, if I do the math, these were well worth it. They lasted for 1 year! Can’t beat it!!

We bought these these together for our pup as an mental activity (he is very high energy and food motivated). He loves these and they keep him busy for 15-30mins depending on if it’s frozen or not. We usually freeze his mats with plain yogurt, peanut butter and/or pumpkin in any combinations. We have noticed he’s more calm after getting a mat.I think it is very easy to spread the contents over the mat I usually put 4-5 scoops around the mat then spread using a spoon, butter knife or spatula.As far as cleaning goes, the sooner you clean it the better. I noticed if I use the spray feature of my faucet the snack comes off waaaayyyy faster than sitting there scrubbing. If you don’t have a spray faucet, I have also put soap on the mat and soaked it in my sink. Our blue mat is stained with pumpkin because i didn’t clean it right away (my fault, still works great).Reading reviews, a lot of people wrote on the durability of the product and honestly we watch our pup when he gets his mat simply because we KNOW he likes to destroy things. If he attempts to pick up the mat, we correct the behavior and do not allow him to pick up the mat to chew on it. We have a Velcro dog as well, so we will usually move the mat if we plan on going into a different room. We have had the mats for almost a month now giving them every other day-ish and have had no issues with the durability of the mats or pegs/x’s but AGAIN… we DO NOT let our pup CHEW or PICK on/at the mats.Overall, I would recommend these mats over and over with the reminder to WATCH your pup(s) as they have the mats.

I have another slow feed mat with squares. It does a good job. But this mat with the little ‘plus signs’ is a winner. Washes up great, easy to spread food across the surface, and it really does make my cat eat slower.

So...we have a barking problem. When there's a knock on the door and then for many, many minutes after our guest has arrived, little Charlie barks at them. The initial barking is a good thing...but the continued, not so great. Our training method is working! We hold Charlie back or pick him up at the initial knock on the door, and tell him he's a good boy (for alerting us of "danger"). Once the guest is in, we remove the lick mat from the freezer (where it's stored with a delicious pâté of some sort smeared on). We then deposit the mat and Charlie behind a baby gate a distance away (where he can still observe us), and allow Charlie to lick his yummy mat (positive association) while the "danger" speaks pleasantly and does us no harm. This seems to be quieting Charlie down! He's now starting to run to the lick mat area a few moments after guests arrive. For this purpose, the lick mat is helping tremendously.

It is great, my puppy loves getting the pate I have spread on it. I think it will be very useful, also a good distraction from maybe being naughty!! It doesn't slide around the floor either. Good value for moneyEnjoy

My dog loves this! I tend to put peanut butter or banana on it and it keeps my dog busy for a long time, especially if you freeze it! My dog is very active and this really keeps his attention! It’s easy to clean and very durable. I also think it’s great value for money as I have seen the exact same ones in the pet shop for double the price!

This is amazing, my pup loves it. Spread a small blob of cream cheese over it and he’s there for a good 15 mins licking it off. Easy to wash and keep clean too!!
