I bought this cowboy hat for a western-themed happy hour, and it did not disappoint. The shapeable wide brim allowed me to style it just the way I wanted, which was a nice touch (steam helps). The fit was comfortable, and it stayed in place the entire evening, even with all the dancing and mingling.The material feels sturdy but lightweight, so it didn’t feel heavy or cumbersome like some hats can. I also received a lot of compliments, which made me feel more confident in my purchase.If I had to nitpick, I’d say the inner band could have been a little softer for prolonged wear, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker—just something to consider. I acquired this hat on a whim. Although the manufacturer indicates that this is a one-size fit all hat, it barely fit my head, although I usually go between a large and an XL in hats or motorcycle helmets. The hat seems to be meant to sit lightly on the head. The hat is made of suede, and looks like a slightly modern take on the classic cowboy hat. The band is made of a pseudo-leather material and does not stay on. I've still given this hat four stars for style, and because I don't really need the pseudo-leather band.

For a budget friendly faux suede hat, this one is pretty nice. I was worried it would be too small for my head, but it actually fits with a little room. The hat is fully adjustable by pulling and tying the drawstring inside the crown.
