Purchase is a few months ago. It truly does change the taste of the water for better. I could tell the difference as soon as the water is filtered through the system. It taste so much betterIt was very easy to set up and filling. It is super easy. I love the idea of having my water filtered thoroughly highly recommend.

I have this in my fridge. I have a pitcher that I use to refill as I go and I keep that full and in the fridge so the newly filtered water Is already cold when I add it. Some complain about drips, but when i fill my water bottle, I tease the lip to get those. They could redesign the spout with a steeper angle to minimize that. But don’t let that stop you from getting this product!!! It’s amazing in my very chlorinated and hard tap water. Takes a bit to set up, with rinsing filters, but once that’s done it’s great. The filtering speed is decent, but I use that full pitcher I refill and keep in the fridge to quickly refill every 2-3 times I fill my 16oz water bottle, so I always have filtered water during the day.

The water is so smooth and delicious! Worth the purchase,Others have said it leaks. It has a drop or two if you don’t wait before you take your cup away. That doesn’t matter to me. My kids spill more than that.Easy set up it filters a new batch of water pretty quickly. I haven’t timed it but I’d say 2quarts in 15min max.

Easy to figure out. Slim, doesn’t take up to much space. Doesn’t hold as much water as I thought but isn’t inconvenient. Water taste and smells so much better.

The spout on this was poorly designed. The water tastes amazing but the spout leaks terribly. I have been keeping a towel under it because I can’t figure out how to get ahold of customer service.. I emailed them, and they said they received the email and concern but then never got back to me.Edit: The company did reach back out to me, but it was in my spam. They replaced the unit for free and did not request I return the original product. It was fast and easy. Great customer service!

The water tastes fantastic but it is painfully slow filtering. It is absolutely ridiculous how slow it filters.
