Used for and works well with our commercial grade LiftMaster SL3000101U 1 HP Slide Gate Opener. Has four mounting holes in case housing back-plate for mounting to a keypad pedestal or a flat surface with 1/4" bolts or screws. Case has a key lock in bottom to prevent tampering with or unauthorized removal from mounted surface. Uses one non-rechargable 9 volt lithium battery rated for ~5 years use. Straightforward programming instructions included with keypad, or available for download on LiftMaster website. Easily sync'd with the gate's receiver.

Easy to install and program. No problems with connecting to Liftmaster gate motor. Does what it is supposed to do.

Had a wired panel that ended up no longer working because the previous owners of the property didn't use conduit to run the cable to the controls. Driving over this cable (underground) caused a short and rendered the keypad inoperable. Instead of digging and running new conduit, I decided to try wireless. It was easy to mount and pair to my gate opener. I would have preferred the entire thing to be metal but the plastic is very robust and seems to be weatherproof.

It’s a simple remote that’s easy to program but a little pricey for what you get. Works well and will probably last a long time.

No complaints. This works with our Liftmaster gate system and is wireless, so no need to run wiring under our driveway. I used a couple of pieces of flatbar to mount it to the fence next to the gate and it looks like it was meant to be there. It has been installed and working over one year now and we still haven't had to change the battery.

We paired it with the LiftMaster 850LM receiver on our gate and it works great. Like the feature of having multiple codes and temporary codes. Looks more upscale compared to our old Multi-Code keypad.
