The cordless lights are packed inside the box along with the Christmas Swag Wreath - some of the branches of the wreath I placed onto the wreath and also used duct tape on the back to position the thick cardboard backing with the hanger side up to hang. The lights keep working and then they do not - I will not buy another one. Dissatisfied with product - I may go to Walgreens or a dollar store to find some lights that work that wire is NOT Silver and stands out like a sore thumb. Poorly made product.

I wanted to return it but no one got back to me when I requested to. They look cheap. The hooks come off easily and it just doesnt look like the pic makes them look. The lights are separate and you need to do, which isnt a big deal but its just not worth the money

Amazon sells it, but they won't honor returning this crap. And thats what it is, is absolute crap. Its chinese god awful design, that doesn't explain you have to put in the lights yourself. Worse is that, you request a refund and they do NOT respond. So we will request our CC company, reverse the charge. Shame on YOU Amazon for allowing a sheisty seller on your platform who doesn't respond to return request. Its getting to where Amazon is NO LONGER WORTH the COST.

These took a lot longer to arrive than I believe was shown. Only two arrived and then today, the other two arrived. Being boxed flat and shipped from China, the “branches†of the swag are almost all the same length so you can’t get the dimension and shape as shown in the picture. The swag was advertised pre-lit but I had to string it clumsily along myself (cheap thin wire with a few lights). Berries broke off for no reason and overall the quality is poor. There wasn’t anything provided to hang the swag so I used zip ties. Sad they don’t look much like the beautiful photo. I would not purchase these again.

The product of s poor quality. States that it is a light up. I looked through the awful smelling product to see that there are no lights. They supplied a battery pack that wasn’t attached to anything. And nowhere to attach it as there are no lights.

The quality is so cheap for the item price, it does not look the same as shown in the picture, the bow is not the same and the lights are separate. Did not even try to connect them, will have to return

So very very cheaply made. I guess you get what you pay for though. It's very stark, and you can see puddles of hot glue. It will be going into the garbage.

This swag was not what I was looking for. Everything is plastic and, in my opinion, cheap looking. I've tried to return it but it comes up as "pending seller approval." It says after 2 days I can file a claim if I haven't heard from the seller to get approval. Here it it almost a week later and I haven't been able to get anywhere. Everything I click on takes me back to saying I've already started a return and it's pending seller approval. I've never had an issue with anything from Amazon that I've needed to return before now. I guess I'm stuck with this one. :(
