A touch of fun and function with this led pic stand... Perfect addition to any stringed music enthusiast. Honestly was tired of accidentally vacuuming his pics up and decided to give his music space a place to not only keep them but have some fun with decor 🥰He loved it by the way

This holder looks really cool and the lighted base does the usual colors and patterns. I like it, don't get me wrong, but it could be better. The slots are wide enough to fit a variety of picks, and that's good. There are small pads as grippers in the slots, that's good too. But..... The gap is still pretty large even for my 1.0mm and they aren't held snug. I could probably put 2 in a slot and be ok, but with one, the only thing keeping the pick in the slot is fear.

So I ordered this to sit next to the computer when recording. I seen it while taking a break from playing and looking at picks scattered on my desk and said, Yeah, I need this. Come on, if your a guitarist you know picks get everywhere and the worst is when you have no where to keep them and just put them in your pocket only to have to get them out of the washer or dryer later.I do play thicker picks, so I have trouble finding pick holders that can accommodate them. This has a spongey like material that expands and they just fit fine and snug. I was worried about that. I have a ton of picks though so I thought I would give it an honest review and see how it worked with some variations. In the picture I have 6 different picks. This will hold all of them ok, but just ok. Thicker picks work without issue they are held in snug and they will not come out unless you want them to. Where I found this stopped was on a Jazz 3 Tortex 1mm, 3rd one down from the top in the picture. So if you are playing that or thinner, this will still hold your pick, however if it is in a place it can be bumped or shaken they could work themselves out. So sitting it on top of your amp may not be the best place if you have thin picks. The 4th pick down is an ultra thin stainless steel pick. Thinner than any plastic pick I have ever had. It still fits in there and sits just fine. My dog came in and jumped up for some affection while I had this metal pick in. It did rotate, but it didn't fall out. I do give this 5 stars because for being able to work with my picks. Maybe a suggestion if the manufacturer reads this. Maybe include another 6 spongey things that can somehow be inserted on the top of the slot for the smaller pick size people.Ok enough about pick sizes. The rest of this thing is just really well made and cool and simple to use. It has a USB-A cable, you will need some place to plug it in. Then the clear plastic part just fits in the base nice and firm. There is a control for the light on the cord. Took a little fiddling to get it to do what I wanted. But you can change the brightness, set just 1 color, or rotate through all the colors and adjust the speed. I just have mine set to smoothly and slowly rotate through all the colors in a breathing type rhythm. This is also the reminiscent of the famous shape of the Charvel headstock. Yes, I know Fender owns Charvel. I have thick picks, I am a shredder. It's where my mind went.Another side note if the manufacturer reads this. Maybe USB-C for the power cord end. This does work fine as at is. However, your target audience is going to be a majority of guitarists, I would think so anyway. Guitar pedal board power supplies and power conditioners used in recording to suppress noise from power lines are coming with USB-C now, they all skipped USB-A. Just a thought.Seriously though, I honestly enjoy this. It is a fun item just for me. It is in my studio and it brings me joy. The bass player from my band was over and seen it, it was a conversation piece too. What more could you ask for.

Super easy to set up. Love the variety of color options. Perfect addition to my desk. Now maybe my cats won't run off with my picks! Feels very well put together and nice quality. Highly recommend! The largest pick to fit comfortably in the slot was a 1.14. Anything larger will not slide into the slots

My grandson has been teaching me to play guitar. It has been so much fun. When I saw this fun was what it brought to mind so I ordered it. That wasn’t my only reason though. I have a hard time getting around. I have to use a walker. At night I keep a lamp on because it is very hard for me to get my balance in the dark. The lamp often keeps me awake but I need to be able to see.I was hopeful that this night light and pic holder would provide the light I needed and not keep me awake. I’m happy to say it has done just that. I think a part of me didn’t think it would help and I thought maybe I was asking too much. To my surprise my taking a chance paid off. I’ve been able to sleep much better with the light this provides. Everyone who has came into my bedroom the last 2 nights has gotten a kick out of it as well. It is a pretty cool gadget. I like the selection of colors that you can go between. I’ve found the blue to be the best one in terms of not keeping me awake but providing enough light when I need it. This is a true statement piece. I may have to get another to give as a thank you gift to my grandson.
