This item arrived defected and does not work. Waste of money. UPDATE.... SELLER CONTACTED ME AND SENT A REPLACEMENT AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY. MY SON IS HAPPY, IT IS AWESOME THANKS.

I received mine completely broken. Did not work at all. I used two brands of batteries and nothing. Generic and brand name. I had to get a refund as soon as the box was open. Very disappointed as my daughter loves these toys. Thankfully it was returned at Kohls very easily. 0 stars for the device. 5 stars for return process.

I bought a different set of this kind of gun, which was a total waste. So I ordered this as a replacement. It seems to work well enough, and while it didn't have as many bells and whistles as the other one I chose first, my son got a kick out of it.

When I opened the box, the gun already had so many scratches on it and the red paints peeled off. I wanted to return it but my son saw it and he wanted to play so I couldn’t return it. Also the spring inside the gun where the batteries are located was misplaced and lights and noises on the gun are kept going on and off and it’s very annoying. I think the seller shipped me the used one. It’s very disappointed.

Il est sensé s’allumer et faire du bruit, mais l’endroit où mettre les batteries est mal fait et il est seulement possible de mettre 1 batterie sur 2, donc il ne fonctionne pas.

Cheap, mais fait son effet. Votre enfant va capoter. ps: ne pas utiliser de piles rechargeables. Prévoyez des piles de bonne qualité, sinon ne fonctionnera pas… (prenez des Duracell)

Quality feels pretty cheap, doesn't come with batteries and the AA batteries we have that work in everything else we own don't work in these. We're just using it as a Halloween prop but it overall just doesn't feel like it's worth $20
