Bought this about 2 months ago and have used it 3 times a week on runs ranging from 3 miles to 10. It is light weight and water resistant. The hose works well (although showing some signs of wear after me biting it). Took me a while to figure out how to position the hose properly (shameful amount of time) but it works better now that I know the hoops in the front are used to rig it across your chest.The bladder is tricky to clean and dry out - so I stopped trying to completely dry it. I rinse it well before refilling but will completely dry it before I store for the winter. When I connect the hose I also suck out the excess air (gets rid of the slosh) and I spit the first few mouthfulls to ensure all of the old water is out. Have a place you can hang the hose and bladder to dry.The pack is easy to clean (rinse and dry) and dries completely in a few hours.Quality is great - price was perfect. Pro Tip - load it up with ice before your run (as much as possible) and than add water. You will have a mini AC unit on your back for the first 30 minutes of your run.

I have not actually used this product yet as I bought it for a hiking trip this fall. But I am very impressed with what I have seen thus far. The bladder holds 2 L and everything seems to be well constructed and easy to use. The backpack is lightweight and has places for the air to flow through between it and your back so hopefully it won't seem too heavy. There is also a chest strap to keep it from bouncing around. There are smaller pockets for snacks, cell phone, etc and a couple of little Loops for things like your sunglasses. This looks like it will work perfectly for my hiking trip.

I really love the fabric backpack part of this unit. It's light, comfortable, fits well, and is easily cleanable. The bladder, though, while it works very well its a huge pain to try and clean and dry out. Unlike other bladders which open completely from the top, there is a screwcap on the side of this one. This makes opening the bladder up to air-dry difficult to impossible. I have to wipe it out with paper towels, stuff it with dry paper towels, and hang it out to dry in *just* the right way so that the bag doesn't collapse on itself and trap moisture in the unit.So overall, I'd give the unit 4 stars, but for the price its impossible to beat.

Just used this for the first time and it did everything it was supposed to for a very reasonable price. Hiked in the mid-morning sun of So Cal for 2.5 hours and I had plenty of water that stayed cold! Pack is light weight and straps are comfy. Plenty of storage space for my phone, wallet, keys & even a light weight article of clothing. I cannot comment to the longevity of the pack but it does seem to be well-made. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Got for my son when he went to a 3 day festival!! He said it was perfect!! If you or a loved one is going to a festival, get this! Stylish, holds plenty of water, life saving!! It’s easy to get caught up in the nonstop fun of a festival, dehydration can sneak up on you and it’s tough to scramble for anything once you find yourself in an emergency situation!! This stays with you and provides instant relief!! Hydration is critical for the body!! This one is definitely worth the $$ !!

This product was great overall for running long distances - I trained for my half marathon and ran it well using this. However, the biggest issue was cleaning it. It was cumbersome to keep clean, and at one point, mold starting gathering in the hose, so I had to throw out the liquid storage pack. I'll probably buy a different once that is easier to clean. But it's a good starter pack. :)

We haven’t used it enough to test in all conditions but so far it is perfect for our needs. Compact and light, more comfortable than our lightweight hiking backpack and lots of pockets! The hydration bladder has all the pros I was looking for. Also, the bladder fits perfectly in the pocket in our hiking backpacks so if we want to use it when we need to bring more with us it’s great for that too. Fast shipping. Good price.

I bought these for a festival I was going to. These came in very handy during the hot days. They were easy to fill up, mouthpieces stayed in tact, and the hose was sturdy. The only reason I am not giving these 5 stars is because they are hard to dry out for packing away.
