I bought this for a trip to Eastern Europe and Istanbul to use for the mosques. I used it all though the October/November trip, it makes a great scarf for cooler days to keep your head and neck warm (fold in half lengthwise for double thickness). It was perfect for the mosques as it gave me full coverage for my neck and head. In warmer months it would even do a great job for shoulders as well because of the generous size. The fabric is soft, and not slippery. It's not super thick (think soft, slightly stretchy, thick t-shirt fabric) so it can be folded down and stashed when not needed. Any wrinkles from stuffing in a bag fall out quickly. I have both the true blue and the black - the colors are lovely and don't fade in the wash.

I have great respects for hijabs, and those who wear them! I also have great respects for acquiring appropriately priced materials in which to use in alternate methods.I made a thin cloak for cosplay from two of these sewn together! The color is true black and matches much of my costume! The words about being non see through are true! You cannot see through it, it is wonderfully thick enough yet also breathable and stretches quite a deal. It'd flowy texture is brilliant! I cannot wait to show this outfit off!

Perfect length. Machine washed & dried in mesh bag - no shrinkage, no wrinkles, no turned up edges like most garments. The olive green I bought is beautiful. It arrived nicely wrapped. I plan to buy more colors!

The material is great and the length is perfect; however, I ordered the color rust (on the left) and as you can see it is more of a pink. I ordered the other color rust (the scarf on the right) from a different brand and it is a true rust.I was hoping the mustard was more darker like actual mustard. It is a very light yellow I’ll be returning it. Although these two colors are off I have ordered many more colors from this merchant that I am pleased with. The material and length are perfect.

I buy a lot on Amazon and I rarely leave reviews but this one deserves it. Not the most luscious fabric in the world but definitely for the price it is long and thick and it does the job. I can also use it as a generic thick winter scarf. Totally recommend for the budget and the length. I only got blocks I don't know about the other colors and they're opaqueness but I am quite happy.

Salaams,This product is great for praying salaat or leaving in a hurry, because it just stays in place how you wrap it. There is no need for an undercap or pins with this material and it isn't see-through, either. Very good quality.
