I am completely satisfied with the build quality, range of use and mobility of the Line Leader AV Cart with Locking Cabinet and Drop Leaves. The cabinet and it's locking mechanism is easy to open and close and is sufficiently secure to protect valuable A/V (and other equipment & supplies). Assembly is logical and well illustrated in the directions. (although having a :"third hand" would help in part of the assembly - for this I found vice grips took care of any difficulties. Finally their customer service is terrific, both pleasant and patient.I'm pleased to recommend this product.

The cart itself is sturdy and does what it needs to do. However, the build design is puzzling and the parts are not great.It was not packaged well, and the top was bent in two places. It was purchased from Amazon, so it may not have left the factory this way, but it clearly didn't survive intact to my delivery dock. At least one of the screw holes was bent from the factory.They included tapered flathead screws to attach the keyboard tray but the holes are inexplicably not countersunk, so they stick out above the top of the cart. The screws themselves are cheap and the heads stripped as soon as I applied any amount of torque.The powder coating is very thin. You can see the bent screw hole in one of the photos where the powder coating is missing.The top attaches to the bottom using screws at a 45 degree angle to the brackets. I've never seen that design anywhere and it made it exceedingly difficult to install the screws and nuts. Using the included wrench was close to impossible. I had to use a socket wrench to hold the screws and I needed a second person to help align the parts for final assembly.The included power strip looks like the cheapest possible part that could be found. It has a sturdy cable and says it's rated for 15 amps, but it is not UL listed, has no power button, and does not appear to be fused. It may not be suitable for use in some environments.

This cart was smaller that what I expected and made of thin gauge metal. Unfortunately, it had received a blow in shipping and the front door was warped so much, it wouldn't close properly. The packaging was just a relatively thin cardboard box so the blow transmitted to the contents easily. I will give the company points however, because upon contacting them, they provided a complete refund. The size of the cart and its overall durability was in question however, so I went with another option for the replacement.

It's very well made. The only star deduction is for the scratched top and how thin the powder coating is on the top. It's for our shop, so a minor scratch wasn't worth sending it back. We liked it well enough to purchase two. The leaves that drop on the sides are a perfect size to write on or hold items while working on the main platform. Would definitely purchase again.

The product itself is perfect for our needs at our manufacturing plant. We carefully researched the dimensions and features that we needed and placed the order. Unfortunately, the first one we received was damaged from shipping, though it was not noticed until after it was assembled. Stand Steady's customer service has been EXCELLENT. They replaced the item quickly, and we did not have to disassemble the damaged one to ship back (win). We ordered a second one, and Amazon sent the wrong product to us. Stand Steady to the rescue again! They had the right product out to us in just a couple days. They have checked with us each time to make sure we got the replacement and that everything was to our satisfaction.

Made decent out of metal. Everything went together smooth. Directions were adequate. Seems like it’ll hold up well for our automotive state inspection sticker machine. Basically the same thing but way cheaper than the state’s $1000 version too. Came with a few nicks and dents but nothing worth sending back.

The cart itself is great. Not super easy to assemble but we got it. The drop leaves were delivered separately and one of them is so damaged that we can't attach it. I contacted the seller but did not hear back. We are keeping the cart and just using one drop leaf because it's too much of a pain to return it.
