These devices are great. Cimes in about any size. You can pick the weight liftmjust greate items.They are not water proff, th best rating I could find was IP 57. My reason for 4 stars

In an attempt to give the middle finger to Panther Marine for the price and availability of their actuator, I bought RVMARIMEPAT. I set it up inside the PM-135 bracket and it raised and lowered my 60hp Evenrude E-tec. (275lbs). Not nearly as fast as the $412 dollar original, but for under $50 bucks, I was impressed. It worked as planned until I got on the water and hit the gas. At full throttle, the 1/4 inch clevis pins just couldn't take it and bent. The unit itself was fine, and continues to work. I'll probably put it on my sailboat to raise the vent hatch or something.

It says it comes with reversing switch. We'll i didn't get the switch. Don't like being played. I would give minis 10 if I could.
