I bought 4 of these Taja notebooks for journaling, two in green and two in purple. The price is amazing, (30+ years of journaling talking), and I love the colors, which are true to the pictures. The size of the book, at 7.1"x10", gives me more writing space than smaller journals that are more expensive. One of the selling points for me was the paper thickness and the mention of less bleed through, because I prefer to write on both sides of the paper. Plus, I'm a huge fan of writing with Sharpie fine point pens. Regarding construction...these notebooks are very nice. The covers are thick and sturdy, and the spiral binding adds to my confidence that they are well made. Anyone who journals as much as I do knows how important it is that the notebook be able to hold up to moderate abuse. So far, my experience is that these Taja notebooks will do exactly that, which makes me a very happy customer.I write several times a day, I go through a lot of journals, and I know a great journaling notebook when I find it, and these Taja notebooks are fantastic. I'll definitely be stocking up. Highly recommend.

TL;DR: These notebooks seem like good quality and I will almost certainly buy them again in the future.They are a good size without being overly heavy/cumbersome, the colors are cute while also offering neutral tones that will work well for more "professional" settings.I think the addition of the table of contents in the front is a great feature that I haven't seen in other similar notebooks and could be really helpful for someone who needs to organize school or work notes. I also really appreciate that it is spiral-bound as that is my personal preference and the hard cover with the elastic band makes me feel confident that the inner pages won't get torn up if I tossed it in my purse or backpack.Mine did arrive with some small dents on the cover, but that seems like it was more likely an issue with how they were packed for shipping and doesn't reflect the quality of the notebook itself. I just wish they were available in more colors/patterns as I will definitely buy more in the future.

I bought this to keep a knitting journal as I teach myself to knit. I wanted a singular place to make notes and keep patterns.The materials are nice. I've had no bleed through with the paper. I don't feel like I'm about to rip out a page just turning it. The cover is a gorgeous color and, as with the spiral binding, sturdy.It starts with a pages to make your own table of contents (which I love). The 300 pages leave me lots of room for notes and patterns (maybe even my own some day).

I haven't used it yet but I love the amount of leaves it has and the color, although it varies a little from the image, is pretty, the binding is resistant and feels nice to the touch.

This notebook exceeded my expectations! I am super picky about the weight of the paper, the way the pages turn on the spiral, the color of the paper, line width, etc.... I KNOW I am hard to please! So when I write a review on a notebook it means it's wonderful! Love the color options (I got Sage. 7.1" x 10"), and the spiral is heavy duty enough that its not going to bend in my computer bag. I will DEFINITELY be getting more, ant these are nice enough that I will be giving them as gifts that they can use as a Journal. I need to mention the price point is low, so while the listing looked great, I was not expecting this much value! I hope you get one and you love it as much as I do!

I love this notebook! I use it for bible study, and I write pretty hard (using Bic and other ballpoint pens), and the pages are thick enough to not indent onto each other. I use the content pages in the front to keep track of my pages and the double sided pockets in the back to hold some items. The stretchy band is also pretty useful too. I love that the book is spiral, so you can write comfortably on both sides (coming from a lefty ☺ï¸). Being able to date and number each page also gives it flexibility, which a bonus for me.
