I bought this shade 4 years ago and it was perfect. Color just what I ordered and fit perfect. Easy to install. After 4 years of use some part broke inside and the shade would not go up. I contacted the company to see if they could repair or replace it. Two days later they asked for the order number so I sent them my Amazon receipt. A week later a brand new shade appeared at my doorstep. I was in shock and amazed at the wonderful customer service. They replaced it without question. I will buy from them again!!!

The quality of this product is great. It was easy to install. I purchased 3 to cover windows at my mother in laws house. Two of the shades came with a handle, one box was missing the handle. I contacted the customer and they sent it out right away, but they sent the missing handle postage due. It isn’t a huge deal, it was 1.32. It is just the principle. I already paid nearly 200 dollars for these shades and instead of getting everything that should have come with it to me at no extra cost, I had to pay for the shipping. It is important to note that I was not aware of this until my mail carrier asked for money to deliver my package postage due. Just be aware if you order. It is probably better for you to return the entire blind and order it again.

I've bought several of the blackout cellular shades from Linenavenue and they've been very good products. Same quality as other brands on Amazon that cost almost twice as much.Need to be careful with the plastic brackets. But if they break free replacements are available.Good quality along with great customer service. Will be a return customer for this.

One great thing about this company is I was told it would arrive between June 7-13... it was received and hung on June 1. That's great service. Installing wasn't a breeze. Having to remove the old shade, hardware and all... hanging the new 71 inch wide shade hardware and all took longer than expected but if 70 year old woman can do all that in about an hour all by herself...it can't be too hard a project. So far the shade works fine, looks great. My only concern is the hanging hardware is plastic and I'm afraid it won't last with all the pulling up and down. Got my fingers crossed.

This was a pair of blinds to replace some VERY old ones, about 25 years old with broken cords. The color selection was very nice and we were able to match our living room’s color scheme pretty closely. The install was simple and since they were the same size as the old ones, it went even faster. They are easy to raise and lower and stay right in place. I’m quite satisfied with them, even more so when considering the price: both blinds together cost less than a third of what I probably paid a window treatment store for one blind 25+ years ago, though at that time I had them come out to measure and install, so there’s that. I’m probably going to order some more to replace other old blinds now that I know they work so well.

So we bought 15 of these blinds in 2019. They were easy to install, and worked great until this year. So far in a span of about 2 months, 4 have failed. They are beyond repair. Now we're just waiting for the rest of them to fall apart. Very disappointing. And the blinds that have broken were not opened and closed very often at all. I guess go ahead and buy if you're okay with replacing them every 3-4 years.
