I’m very impressed with the quality, appearance and comfort of these folding chairs! They arrived in impeccable condition, already assembled, and ready for use. When I typically think of folding chairs, solidity and comfort do not come to mind. But these chairs exceed all my expectations. Highly recommend.

First off, I love these chairs. They're very comfortable, and have great back support. I can sit upright very comfortably and the padding has a nice firmness. They look very nice (as long as you don't look super closely). And the fact that they are fold-able is a very nice bonus for the next time I need to move.But unfortunately, they are not particularly well made. You can tell they are mass produced and don't go through very strict quality control. They don't sit perfectly level when there is no weight on them (aka they wobble a tiny bit) but once there is any weight on them they level out, so they feel very sturdy while sitting. After a month or two one of the chairs developed a creak where the post at the bottom of the back rest connects to one side of the chair, and it's only been getting worse. At some point I'll probably have to drill a hole and sink another screw to make it stronger and stop the creaking. Also if you look at where two pieces of wood join there is usually a line of unfinished wood showing, probably due to a rushed finishing process.(Edit:) I've also just noticed that on the bottom of one of the feet there is a staple poking down. If you have wood floors, this scratches your floor permanently. Not happy to see this. Considering lowering to 3 stars but will leave it at 4 like my original review.At the end of the day, these chairs are very cheap. I suppose you get what you pay for. These chairs probably couldn't be produced for this low of a price if more work and quality control went into them. For the price, I would recommend them without a doubt. But they could be better.

Even though these chairs were purchased for extra seating to accommodate guests, they are extremely solid and well made. Great price...Definitely recommend!

I have an antique desk that opens down to become the writing part of the desk in my sitting room. I haven't used the desk very often in the past because it was in a different room. Now that we moved it to the sitting room I use it very often for my Zoom meetings. In that room, I have two recliners and an antique wingback chair (VERY heavy). I was using a metal folding chair each time I had a meeting. I didn't mind using the metal folding chair, but each time I needed it I would have to go get it down a flight of stairs as it was too unsightly to leave out in such a nice room. For the heck of it, I came to Amazon to search for folding chairs that I could leave out in that room and not feel embarrassed when company comes over. This was exactly what I was looking for! It matches perfectly with my desk and when I'm not using it, I leave it out. I move it to the side of the desk, in front of a window. It is beautiful and comfortable! The only thing I wish is if I could have purchased just one instead of two.

Attractive, sturdy chairs that match a tall stool we bought a month or so ago. Far superior to any folding chairs I’ve seen at the box-stores.
