The product arrived on time and as advertised. Product was purchased as a Christmas gift. Gift had to be returned as the individual that received the gift did not think it matched their decor. I had no issues with returning this product from Amazon and the merchant in spite of the fact the product arrived as advertised…I can verify this merchant and Amazon stands behind their customer service commitment.

This looks really great when put together. It's surprisingly sturdy. It arrived sooner then expected and had no missing or damaged parts. It has some nice touches as well. The bottom glass doors are tempered glass and soft close hinges.Unfortunately the base doesn't have any feet or padding. I'm putting this on a hardwood floor so it needed something under it. I put 1/2 inch self stick felt strip around the base and it glides easily if I need to move it.The glass doors are nice, I've seen other similar cabinets with solid doors but this looks much better. It's dark in there though. I'm going to add some LED lighting to the inside.Putting it together is not overly complicated if you can follow the pictures in the instructions and are somewhat handy with a screwdriver. It is time consuming to assemble and very heavy. I put it together myself but it would be easier (maybe not faster) with 2 people. It took me about 3-4 hours to complete the assembly.

It’s a nice cabinet and will work well for us but during unboxing we discovered there were two missing pieces. Checked the box several times and they were not packed in.We have reached out to the company via email and are awaiting a response.We are very pleased with the product so far but the missing pieces have taken the joy and happiness of looking at it.There are a lot of assembly pieces and steps so set aside 2-3 hours and take your time to carefully assemble or have someone do it for you.Something like this would cost 4 to 5 times as much as at a furniture store. Yes we looked there. And the ones at the furniture store are assembled too as we found the piece number stickers on them and the salesman was embarrassed, lol.Will update if we get the missing pieces and can complete it….

My only complaint, there's no counter space... Wish it was a little bigger to actually mix a drink on the cabinet.... otherwise, good quality. My husband used wood glue in addition to the wooden pegs for extra security. Took him about 4 hours to complete, all pieces were intact and instructions were easy to read. Looks great!
