Well built with quality materials. Made of powder coated 16 gauge mild steel square tube for the main body, which should be structurally adequate. A2(304, 18-8) stainless steel bolts and lock nuts are provided, so they will not rust, i appreciate that they include quality hardware to bolt it together. Washers on the other hand are either steel or 400 series stainless which can rust, but shouldnt matter, if you like, you could purchase M12 stainless steel washers. The silver tubes that hold the plates itself, are also made of 304 stainless steel, which again, is great that they paid attention to detail of the design as the plates will go on and off them and would wear away the paint or powdercoating, or even chrome finish, which would cause the underlying mild steel to rust, stainless steel was a good choice of material to use in this part. Also has rubber collar bumpers at the base of each stainless tube so the plates wont slam against the body of the frame, which could damage the tubing or the finish. I suggest piecing it all together first and finger tighten the nuts and bolts, then put it on level ground and tighten all hardware, do not overtighten as the hardware can bent the steel tubing inwards. Would recommend this product.

The product is great! Love those wheels for easy movement. However the shipping was terrible! The box arrived damaged and with holes in it. I could hear the "clanging" of hardware inside the box during movement. A lot of the washers (two different sizes) and three nuts had fallen out during shipping/handling. When trying to contact the company to notify them of the missing hardware, the website did not work. I had to go to the hardware store to get replacement washers and nuts.

The product seems sturdy and good. There is a lot of paint powder in the angle pieces. Looks like pencil shavings all over. But the shipping makes for a 3 star. Flimsy tape causing the box to be semi opened. And then the packet with hardware is open. Bolts, nuts, and washers all over and some must have fallen out. I was hoping they were all there. They do already have a replacement coming, but geez. If only stronger tape was used.

The rock seems to be made up of really quality pieces but the problem is that the packaging absolutely sucks. It arrived at my door bursting at the seams torn open in some places. When I opened it half, the hardware was spilled out into the box. There was a bag of screws but half the screws were just floating around the box and now that i'm putting it together I'm missing screws, washers, and nuts.

The design is great. Customer service and quality control are not. It took more than a month to receive it and there was no explanation provided. When I did receive it, the hardware (bolts, washers, etc) were loose in the box. I had to go to Home Depot and spend an additional $15 on hardware to be able to assemble the weight rack,
