I received the item undamaged (which is actually surprising seeing as the box was pretty rough when it arrived and there was no padding), but the quality is terrible! it's super thin plastic and not what I need at all... I wanted to love this, because the size is right, but due to the lack of quality I wouldn't want to spend the time/money to install it because I can tell it wouldn't last long... But if I want to return it I will have to do it at my cost and the shipping will cost A LOT (with some carriers it's more than the item is worth)... So I am now stuck with a useless item of very low quality made of flimsy plastic and I can't even ship it back...If you decide to buy just make sure you are 100% sure this is the item you want before you purchase! :)
