I am a hobbyist abstract painter and digital designer (Adobe Illustrator). I didn't think I could hold much stock in paint brushes ... especially these big ones .... so I bought a bag of cheapo brushes at a hobby store (and more on Amazon) thinking a "brush is a brush". I quickly discovered that this is not the case. I thought this really mattered more with the little fine ones, not the larger brushes like these. I discovered you pretty much get what you pay for in this realm.I am a new hobbyist but am having a ton of fun with acrylics on canvas. I noticed these brushes hold a nice amount of paint, do not shed like the other do, and paint so smoothly. The smoothness and lack of shedding were the two things that set these apart. The handles are long and comfortable and I also like the paddles too. This is a nice set and I am having a lot of fun with them.I'll admit, "I don't know what I don't know" ... but I read some of the reviews and based my purchase on them. So far, no shedding and they are holding up and washing up well. Very happy with my purchase!

These brushes hold paint well, have medium stiffness and last. They hold their shape well making fine cutting of paint easy. Some of my go to brushes.

I love these brushes. I have several of them. The sharps are my favorites due to the type of painting I do. The quality is good. I like the nice long handles.

This line of brushes is an acrylic painters dream! It is obvious that the makers had their heads on straight when they made these!The handle of each brush is proportional to the size of the end and it tapers in the middle creating excellent balence in your hold and a comfortable grip that lets you paint for hours. You can use them when you would use a shorter handle or longer.The bristles have exactly the right amount of spring and retain the same amount when wet. They allow one to lay out a lot of paint when desired but also work well for thin and soft strokes.These brushes hold up to lots of scumbling with out spitting hairs and losing shape. The white color alows for good judgement of paint color and knowledge of cleanliness. The length of the bristles is perfect for both control and not have paint build up in the ferrul.I have purchased this brush is many sizes and shapes and I have been happy with the price and quality each brush has had.

The bristles seem to be very good. They are very long and seem to be made to balance well. I just got these to do precise work on trim in my house. I really don’t need them to be as long as they are or have the fancy balancing design but they still work well for what I got them for.

I bought these primarily for the paddle brushes. I didn't think I would really be using the 2 that look almost like the paint brushes you use on your walls. I was very wrong. The paddle ones are much less useful to me, and the larger ones are much more useful to me. I also have enjoyed spraying paint on the canvas with the tool provided to do so-it has made quite a fun little thing to add to my abstract art. The paddles are just fine. The whole set is worth what I paid, and likely more (Was between 35 and 40). Great set. I love how sturdy the handles are, makes me feel very in control. I am getting a lot of use out of this set. Will buy more of this brand.

I have used this brush quite often and it is on the firmer side but handles well. It has not lost it shape even though I may overuse it during paint sessions.

Les pinceaux de la gamme Liquitex Freestyle sont excellents pour la peinture à l'huile. Moins nerveux que les poils de porcs mais plus que les synthétiques traditionnels (poils orangés).Je déconseille cependant leur achat sur Amazon car leur emballage est catastrophique. J'en ai commandé plus d'une douzaine et ils me sont arrivés en 4 colis, dans des grandes boîtes ou enveloppes en carton où chaque pinceau était emballé individuellement dans un grand sac en plastique sans aucune protection des poils. Je vais essayer d'en reconditionner certains mais j'ai été obligé d'en renvoyer d'autres, complètement inutilisables.

The brush is excellent. It really is a stiffer brush, perfect for heavy-bodied acrylics. The handle and ferrule feel like top quality. The issue I had, which is why I deducted a star, was that a couple of bristles arrived kinked/bent. It was shipped in a soft envelope, so I guess that's the luck of the draw. I still like the brush and use it daily, but I would have preferred better packaging.
