UPDATE: I’ve decided to move this from 4 to 5 stars. After one month of use, this product is solid as a rock. It is securely attached to my dash and the magnet sucks my phone onto the pad (iPhone 16 Pro). Charging my phone is just an added bonus. It literally does everything it advertises. A right angle charge cord will solve the bunching problem between the unit and the dash.First off, follow the directions.I have no trouble with this unit sticking to my dash. Zero. None whatsoever. 6 stars.Just make sure you’re not trying to stick it on leather, a mostly vertical position or something dusty. You’ll be fine. Ignore the won’t stick reviews.It’s a solid piece of metal and has some heft.The telescoping function is not that helpful since it only moves the phone 2-3 inches away from the base. If that’s important, try another model with a longer arm.The power cable for charging from the base feeds from the bottom and if you’ve got the base applied to the top of your dash, the cord will be crowded (bent) if you push it all the way down.The MagSafe magnet works flawlessly. The phone charges and will not slide. And this is from someone going over terrain in a jeep.The viewing angle will not go to vertical flat, but the slight upwards angle is not a deal breaker.This is a good product. And would be perfect with a few minor tweaks.

Very happy with the product and the customer service I received. The car phone mount has a real nice quality feel to it and looks great. Works perfect, magnet is strong and installation is super easy. However I installed it too close to an air vent and contacted support for advice. Received a reply in less than 24 hours from Abby. I gave her a little bit more information and next day she told me she can help by sending a pad to me. The next day she apologized and said the pad was not in stock but not to worry, she will send a kit that also included a prepackaged pad!!! Way over and above! Will be buying Lisen again.

Pros: Makes a solid, wobble and vibration free connection to my iPhone even through a (MagSafe) case. It's made from metal and very compact. It charges the phone reasonably quickly. I had some issues with the adhesive (see below) and customer service responded immediately with a solution. Even with the mount starting to detach, it is still the most solid and reliable car mount I've tried.Cons: Requires a flat surface for the adhesive to attach securely, some vehicles may not have that. My example did not include the alcohol wipe needed to prep the surface before attaching, so the mount started to detach from my somewhat dusty dash. LISEN sells a kit to reattach the mount for a reasonable price, and they have shipped one to me free of charge.

Super easy instructions, adhered to my textured dashboard without an issue and has been on for quite a few months now. The charging portion also works perfectly, and the strong magnet hold my S23 Ultra with no problem, even through the unexpected pothole encounter.

This product is great! Bought it for my dash. Sleek, solid design. Easy to install and sturdy. Moves left to right on a swivel. The charging power isn't super fast, but does keep your phone charged. I would like to buy two more for my night stand and office, but the price is a little steep for those uses.

What a great phone mount!! I needed a spot in my 2015 Ram 1500 that was more eye level when using the map/navigation on my iphone. My truck does not have apple carplay, and the only spot I have been using it is in the center console. This takes my eyes off the road when using it for navigation. I mounted it just above the left center vent, and I was happy to find out the base rotates left and right. Its nice and firm that I can easily pull my phone off the magnet without any issues, and love the wireless charging.I'll upload a photo later!

I originally ordered this product close to a month ago. The first time I received it, I opened up the package and was prepared to mount the phone stand on my dashboard, but when I looked through the box and the instruction insert, I found that the cleaning kit that was supposed to be included according to the inventory was missing. I tried to contact the manufacturer. They do not have a customer service number. The only way to contact them is to go to their website and use a ridiculous AI chatbot. When I was finally able to submit something about my problem, I received a notification on the website stating that it would take 24 to 48 hours for someone to respond to my message. So, while I waited for the manufacturer to respond, I contacted Amazon and requested a replacement, thinking that I would receive the cleaning kit with the replacement. Guess what? The replacement also did not have a cleaning kit. When support from the manufacturer finally contacted me back, they asked for my order information and some other details, which I responded with. When they responded, they asked me for the same information as if they did not read the email I had just sent. I went back and forth about four times by email before someone finally agreed to send me a cleaning kit. And guess what? They said the kit would take 12-14 days to arrive. This is probably a 50-cent item at most. So two weeks later, I went to my mailbox today and found a small package. I thought, great, they finally sent me the cleaning kit. I looked at the package, and the company's shipping address was in Inglewood, CA, and I live in Escondido, California, which is maybe a two-hour drive.Why did it take two weeks to mail me the purported cleaning kit? Then I opened the package, and they sent me some replacement parts, which I did not ask for, and there was not a single cleaning kit that I did ask for. This company is incompetent; customer service is not a word that can be used to describe this company, and their quality assurance is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND EMOTIONAL CAPITAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give it ZERO stars if it were possible.

Great car phone charger/mount. The MagSafe is very strong, holding my iPhone 15 Pro Max securely in place. Super fast charging. It is compact and stylish, easily adjustable. Highly recommend this product.

This is the best car magnetic charger I have ever used. It stuck very securely to my dash and I positioned it in front of a vent so my phone cools while it’s charging. It’s easy to adjust whilst staying rigid and secure. My phone hasn’t rattled off on bumpy roads like the previous ones I’ve tried. Love it!Ordering more for the work vehicles!

A good car mount, adhesive is rather strong. I personally didn’t use the adhesive pad despite it being recommended and had no issues so far. The product doubling as a MagSafe charger is handy as well. I do wish I was able to angle the mount towards me though, I positions to my far left of the dash.
