It was exactly what I needed to disconnect the line from the transmission. It was a stubborn connection so this tool - which is metal, allowed me to also use a screwdriver to pry the fitting out.It worked really well on my son’s 99 Mazda B3000.

Works as it should, makes it easy to disconnect. It’s worth the money to not destroy the release clip using a standard screw driver.

I was having clutch problems with my Ford pick up. I didn't know if I was going to need to open up my trucks sealed hydraulic clutch so I pursued the tool. I didn't need it but as it goes "I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it".

Worked great after home made mistakes didn't. I did learn some new vocabulary words for mechanics from using home made homemade ones.

The price was right on this compared to other sites which had it available...especially since I was unable to find this tool anywhere within the 5 state region around my home. While you can use a screwdriver & tear up the connector to the slave cylinder on the hydraulic hose...this tool is the proper way to connect the hose. The problems is this tool is not available where you would buy the parts & the slave cylinder on the Ford's are notorious for going out much faster than the other parts of the clutch assembly.
