Installation method:
- Just cleaning the installing surface（must be smooth surface, like ceramic tile, metal surface ,glasses, etc）and dry it. If it is a new ceramic tile, wipe it clean with alcohol.
- Peel off the protective layer in the back and stick it on the wall, it takes a few seconds to press. Rest it for 24 hours to ensure better stick before hanging things on it.
- Attention: Paper towel rack is not suitable for wall paper or painted wall.

I installed the towel holder under a cupboard with the included double-sided adhesive tape, which was quick and easy. However, they do not include instructions for un-installing it without ripping off a chunk of whatever it’s adhered to. For installing on wallboard, definitely use the included wallboard anchors and screws.Overall it looks quite nice, holds and dispenses towels just fine, and is a good value for the price. The only potential problem encountered so far is that it is a tad flimsy and can get bent, but it is also easy to gently bend it back.

Great quality, perfect color to match the champagne bronze fixtures in my kitchen. It comes with hardware or adhesive sticker, which I used, and it holds well.

The pole broke off about 7 weeks after use. Like many others stated here, it is pretty but useless. Do not recommend unless you’re fine with replacing after a month or 2, or are never going to really use it.

Love it. The ugly paper towels are out of sight now! Just had to put up a strip of tape and it was installed. Just where I need it under the sink in the middle of the kitchen!

Gold paper towel holder was great looking, had to wait about a month for it. It installed easily and was perfect.....until the towel holder bar came apart from the base. There is no way of reattaching it. Apparently, it is too late to return a faulty product. Not too happy now.very poor design and build on this product, we should have been refunded or had another one sent to us!!!

Appears a little flimsy. Has some nics and colour loss as shown in the pics. It has so far remained fixed to bottom of cupboard (followed instructions fully re adhesive. Does what it’s supposed to do so far.

Great way to free up counter space. Purchased the gold one to match my kitchen hardware.Update:The metal has bent and isn’t very sturdy to begin with.

The item took quite a bit of time to arrive, and then broke within the first week of using it. Not even worth trying to get a refund on this one as it would cost more to ship it back than what I paid.
