If you have tiny feet like I do, this is for you. However, if you have big feet, probably not. But I have size 5 feet. My feet fit perfectly on this and I’m able to stay in shape while traveling. It’s fun too, and it feels good on my feet. Swivels back-and-forth very smoothly and it’s quiet.

I thought it would be bigger. It's more like you need one for each foot! I wear size 9 and my feet hang over. It's easy to use - but if you don't squeeze in your tummy muscles - you'll hurt your back.

Price still high compared to where I buy before in a store. But amazon prices varies but product is good coz its what I use for exercising. It does help trim some belly fats 😉 with consistent usage. Will update again if this disc wears down compared to another brand I had before.
