It wasn't too hard to put together, although there seemed to be mistakes in the directions. Once it's put together is easy to use. I think warming the oil up, for 1-2 minutes before adding popcorn is advisable if using coconut oil. It's great to make popcorn for watching movies at home. Clean-up is not difficult but could be made easier. The pan that holds the popcorn and oil is a little difficult to get to for cleanup, although it is removable. All in all, a blast to have!

I was so excited when I got my popcorn machine that I didn't even inspect it first. The popcorn tasted incredible just like actual theater popcorn. The one little thing I didn't like about the making process was that the "HEAT LAMP" gave almost no heat off. No more than an actual element light bulb would. After only one use and very happy with a taste of my popcorn I began to clean it. Upon cleaning it I found many little defects including cellophane over the decorative checkered pattern witch when peeled pulled off some of the white checkers which after seeing that I noticed they were not even correctly applied. Also they were pits and small cracks from the inside of a glass about where the popcorn tray would be. I'm not sure if they were caused from the heat of the fresh popcorn or if they were there prior. I am concerned with the little crack that is there but not too concerned being that it's mostly cosmetic.It seems I'll call while the chief of my complaints are mostly about the Cosmetic conditions of the machine the performance of it was excellent after a two-minute preheat 5 minutes after inserting the kernels and oil the popcorn began to pop immediately understand why you. While the heat lamp gave off no heat the popcorn did still have a theater taste thanks to the oil and salts used. If the heat lamp had worked The Taste would have been better allowing the popcorn to dry immediately just like it does at the movie theater. The next day the popcorn that was left smelt incredible. After drying and allowing the salt to soak in it gave it the exact same taste and smell as a movie theater!I had high expectations for this product as I thought it was completely American made. However after finding out it's actually made in China I'm not surprised with a cosmetic quality. If I could I would give this product three and a half Stars instead four stars, but since the taste of the popcorn was so great and clean the machine is so easy I'll go ahead and round up to a 4-star rating.

It’s a mini movie theater popcorn direction are fairly simple and easy to follow and you get fresh warm popcorn if you want movie popcorn I do believe you need to add flavacol but in all it’s a great machine definitely worth the investment

I love it. Got it on sale, so only around $80, really good price. Have had for around 5 months now so I can finally leave a fair review.10/10, super easy to clean, warms up in 2 mins, no kernels left un-popped.I use with popcorn oil, the hard yellow stuff, and flavacol salt.Taste like movie theatre, and honestly saves me a ton of money because I was buying it from a convenience store 2x a week for $4.Really great product, it is all plastic, so don’t drop it or anything, but have had no issues yet.
