We recently purchased a new car and it didnรขโฌโขt have any window tinting in the back for the kids. I was looking for a fast solution before we took our trip across the country so the kids werenรขโฌโขt baking in the sun. I came across this on Amazon, great find might I add!! They worked just as described and the kids had a wonderful trip along with the added bonus of being able to see through them. Any parents out there looking for something like this look no further. This is the product to get to solve that issue. The set up was easy, the take down was easy. Just all around a simple perfect solution. I donรขโฌโขt even know if I want to get my windows tinted now this product saved me about $250 lol

I must preface this review - at first I could NOT get these things to stay in the rear windows (where the kids sit) of my Jeep Patriot. If you have a Jeep, especially a Patriot, you know the back passenger windows are practically square and there shouldรขโฌโขve been ZERO reason why they wouldnรขโฌโขt fit. Yet I tried and tried and I kept noticing ONLY the bottom suction cups would pop off and it got sooooo frustrating! So I cleaned the suction cups, cleaned the windows, made sure both surfaces were dry - STILL not sticking for more than a minute or two! Then... it clicked... in both lower corners of the windows where I was trying to put the suction cups, was where the manufacturer lettering was (smh) so it wasnรขโฌโขt keeping a good seal and popping off. (Iรขโฌโขm 9 months pregnant with my 2nd, and brain power is running low, cut me some slack lol) Anyway, moved them over a bit and theyรขโฌโขre sticking like gorilla glue now hahaha!

I liked how it adapted to the rear windows of my VW Passat (2014). There was only one major setback... and with it, here comes a BIG WARNING!!!!I had not even thought about the potential impact if I lowered my windows. During one ride, taking family to a park, I lowered both of the rear windows and in the case of one of them, one of the suction cups came off from the screen and went down with the window. Fortunately the suction power is really strong and it remained attached to the window, but trying to get it out was a real pain, as it was getting the window stuck right at the window seal, the problem was the small stub that attaches to the screen, which is quite wide. I had to use a screwdriver and needle nose pliers to tweak it out of there without damaging the window seal or worse, cracking the window. It was a small scare that made me realize I have to be really careful when operating the windows and these screens are installed. It seems that while designed, this major problem was overlooked! BE CAREFUL!

We have a smaller back window that a lot of the other car shades donรขโฌโขt work when it comes to size. I love how this product can stretch and can form to the window to cover most of it so the sun isnรขโฌโขt on my daughter when she is in her car seat. Definitely a great product!

I have two of these each on two cars. A Jeep Cherokee and a Rav4. Sometimes no matter what I do I can't get them to stick, sometimes they stay stuck to the window for months before one of the suction cups peels off. It is definitely harder to see through the window than having nothing there but I think it depends on the window size. The more they are stretched the easier it is to see. The Jeep has a relatively small and angled rear passenger window so its harder to stretch fully and therefore harder to see out of it. You do get used to it somewhat though. Make sure you measure your window to get a feel for how much it would stretch and keep in mind any decals or safety glass stickers on the window will make it harder to stick. I do like that it is relatively moldable to any window shape since all 4 corners stretch.

I just received these window shades today and they fit nicely in my 4Runner! Installation was surprisingly easy, every other window shade with suctions that Iรขโฌโขve owned have taken me a few tries to get them to stick. I feel like these suctions were very strong, I got them to stay in one try. In my opinion, they look very nice and not super noticeable from the outside when my doors are closed. I havenรขโฌโขt tested the sun shade capabilities yet, but will be sure to update once I do. So far I am not disappointed and have high hopes that they will get the job done!

You would think that since you can see through it that it wouldnรขโฌโขt block the sun as well as it does. On the sunniest days it keeps the sun out of babies face! Amazing product!

Does the job oN the side windows only. Canรขโฌโขt stay on the back window. Itรขโฌโขs very black so donรขโฌโขt expect to see much through it ... but at least it blocks the sunrays.

Wet the suction cups a little before sticking to window. Fantastic grip! In the heat and even in the winter with moisture around. Great shade coverage for my infant son in his back car seat.

Doesn't fit Chevy Cruze back window, so one side is stretched and the other is bunched and allows light through. The suction isnt the best, after the sun has beamed on it for two weeks (in Canada so it's not crazy hot) it started falling off window
