Mostly satisfied with my purchase but 3 of the plants have died within the first 45 days. I've also learned to use pond water amd not tap water (think thats what killed 2 of the 3), the 3rd just seems to have dried out ecmven with soaking every 10 days and light misting with pond water every 2nd day. These are a great variety and cheap enough to learn with.

I usually don't leave any reviews but on these air plants I decided to do it because I love plants but I also think we should get some type of guarantee when buying these type of plants since they are kind of expensive. Most of the plants arrived in fair shape but all the Tillandsia Juncea arrived dry. I got 3 of them 2 arrived completely dry and brown and the other one almost fully dry. I tried to keep it alive but as soon as I soaked it in water it pulled out apart, it was fully dry in the inside. Very disappointed that I couldn't return it, get it replaced or contact seller. The rest of the air plants are healthy and beautiful.I'm updating the review because I had a very bad experience at the beginning, after posting my first review I have no idea how seller see or notice my review but he/she sent 2 beautiful replacements air plants to replace the ones that came dry. Plants are beautiful, healthy and in great condition.

UPDATE 1: It’s about 2 weeks since I received these and already 4 of them are completely dead. I am anticipating at least 3 more dying in another week and the remainder after that. The only ones I think will survive are the two that were healthy when they arrived. Pay the extra buck or two and try a different seller. This one is the cheapest for a reason.Original:I purchased air plants about a year ago from another vendor. They are still alive and thriving. I decided to add more and chose this vendor because it had a slightly different variety than what I already have. When these plants arrived, they were very stressed and dried out. There was a significant amount of them that had dark dried out leaves; one was shedding leaves. I wasn’t happy with this because I don’t believe they will survive more than a month or two. With the other vendor, all but one or two were a vibrant green and very healthy. The two that weren’t healthy were in a similar condition to what I just received. Neither of those two survived. However, when I contacted the old vendor about this, I was immediately sent two replacement plants.I cannot contact this vendor through Amazon, but I did find a card with an email address. I emailed, attaching photos of all the plants, including the ones that were in the most egregious condition. I fully expected to get a few replacements for the ones that look bad. In the response, they stated that ALL of my plants looked very healthy and were in the condition they expected them to be and all they needed was a good soak. I’m baffled by this response because the darkened colored leaves in the photos are leaves that are dried out and hollow and yet I’m being told that this “normalâ€.Maybe these plants will survive or maybe I just wasted my money. In any case, I will pay the extra dollar to purchase from the original vendor I used because the plants were healthier and the vendor stood by their product without any issue. Should these plants survive, I will probably update this review to three or four stars but I would strongly advise to choose one of the more popular vendors

Edit: Now almost two months later, only 5 of these plants are alive. I have over 100 air plants from a dedicated green house and I did not lose any of those within that time period (so it’s not me).I bought the 15 pack as a filler to my larger collection. 10 of the plants were very happy and healthy, but 5 were not. The two bulbosas had several black leaves (I even took some off before taking the picture). One of the two fuschii was very dry and the other fell apart as soon as I put it in water (rot). The fifth is also in rough shape. Would have also preferred more variety, but that’s a personal choice I guess.

I've had a few air plants over the years (from big box store's nursery), none of them come close to these. These are far heartier, and more beautiful varieties. The came packed with care, and the "Basic Air Plant Care" instruction card is a nice touch. The arrived fast, but the trip from Miami in 100°+ heat all the way stressed them, particularly the small ones. And, the spindly one had a broken "limb" that I did a partial amputation on after a few days.I gave them all a good soak on arrival, and I mist daily. I've had them a couple of weeks and they are all thriving! I think they're all beautiful, but a couple of the bigger ones are really impressive looking. I got the "Variety 6 Pack" and received the exact varieties pictured (only the one's I received look even better).I'm including pics of the plants taken not long after arrival, and today.I want to buy more, but I've yet to work out the "housing" arrangements for some of the one's I have now. I had a great experience and highly recommend this vendor. Their air plants are amazing.**UPDATE** ~Six Weeks in: Photo Update - All the air plants are thriving!

Received air plants, they looked health. Soaked in water for 20 mins, let them dry upside down and a week later, they started browsing. This is the second batch I've ordered and I wanted to get some for a birthday present.I could have received a bad batch or maybe they didn't like the travel time.
