This is a great looking plant. It was bone dry when it arrived but it looked healthy. Got it watered immediately and it's thriving as long as you keep it watered daily.

I got my dwarf juniper n it’s just beautiful so healthy as advertised. I m concerned about this tree in the near future, I’ve read the disclaimer that tells you what the dwarf Juniper needs n and the biggest thing is water. I see that it says never let it dry out., when it was delivered to me it was bone dry , the dirt was so dry it looked like it had just been planted that day in fresh dirt, I assumed this was done b cuz of how cold it is out n empathythe dirt being wet could cause the roots to freeze. But I worry that it being so dryer out , this may cause problems shortly in the near future, I’m keeping my fingers crossed at this doesn’t happen b cause it’s a beautiful tree.

I purchase this tree as a gift for my daughter and son in law. It was received as promised and is beautiful however, the vase was broken. The seller sent a new vase in a few days. It is great to have a seller who cares about the product and the customer. 5 Stars!!!

Product was packaged very nice. Item is in very good condition. Overall very happy. Only recommendation would be to put a “this side up sticker on outside of boxâ€.

I am so happy with this bonsai tree. I will admit, I was very hesitant in purchasing a live tree on line and let me tell you I am NOT dissapointed. It was very well packaged and moist. I am very, vwry happy with this purchase.

Bought this bonsai with the anticipation of it looking like the picture. I get that it's a living plant and it's going to look fifteenth but this plant is tiny and shaped super weird. Hopefully after some time I can shape it to my liking. Just wish I would've bought the smaller tree instead of the large tree just to have to trim it.

I like this little tree. Well 6 months later this little tree is now a stick in a pot of dirt. However this was a $100 lesson on the little fuzzy part I cleaned off when I got the tree was actually spider mites. On top of that customer service was non existent when I reached out.
