My rack is 12 inches long and this fits perfect. The bottom the bag is fully supported by rack except for the small cup holder part. Cup holder only big enough for a can or small water bottle. I haven’t used for cooler purpose but the insulation helps the bag keep its shape when it’s not full. This was what I was hoping for. I ride to work and this is perfect for rolled up slacks and polo.

This is a great economical way to put a bare bike rack to work in a useful and organized way. Great for storing a bike lock, bottle of water, gloves, and tools for flat tire repair with room to spare.

This is a very nice insulated waterproof bag. It fits perfectly on my back bike rack and stays put. I can fit in a rolled up a jacket, tissues, a snack, sunglasses and there's still a place on the outside for a water bottle. The blue is very pretty.

The straps that are supposed to hold bag to bike rack are short. Velcro with buckle. Your supposed to run strap under rack, through buckle and back to hook to itself with Velcro. Straps are not long enough to reach. Bag is also smaller than pictured.

Very functional, but somewhat small. Big enough for a small fanny pack and a good size u-lock and that's about it. Never rode in the rain so can't say how water resistant it is.
