I must have been off on my measurements because this litter box is far too small for my rabbit lol we will be using it as her new treat bowl though

Bunny (her name) uses it well, it is a good size and is adequate in depth. I dont think it will last us but a few months as Bunny loves to chew it. A more durable material was be preferred.

We have two guinea pigs and this is much better for keeping the cage clean than not having one.To use it you need to put it in the corner where they usually poop. They will pee in it so you need to line it with something or their feet will get wet which can lead to infection. I used paper towels for a while. Those were ok but didn't stay completely dry so I use a thin layer of the crushed paper cage liner. I HATED using that liner for the whole cage (it makes a huge mess when you change the cage so I switched to washable fleece). But it's good for this purpose. I then put a small layer of hay so they will go in it. They get really excited and now if the calico one wants hay she goes into the litter box and squeaks at me. She, of course, already has hay but she wants different hay. I will never be able to understand the subtle differences of individual pieces of hay like she does.I use a small amount of both liner and hay because I usually change it twice a day. It doesn't really smell but it looks gross. I change the fleece at the bottom of the cage twice a week and it's always pretty clean this way (considering their habits!) The hay smells though. I have an air filter for that so the whole house doesn't smell like a barn.I attached the litter box to the side of the cage with a carabiner (not included) but I still needed to put a rock inside it so they wouldn't move it around and crawl under it. They are used to it now and don't mess with it even if I forget the rock. They keep busy bickering with each other instead. Our enclosure is about 10sq ft. If you cage is a lot smaller, even for one guinea pig, please consider upgrading or taking them out on a safe floor area for hours at a time. I know the pet stores sell ones that are way too small and people sometimes don't have the money. But you can get a pretty big, cheap playpen that they can hang out in.

I even read the dimensions and it still is smaller than I thought. I’m definitely need to get a different one or another one this side that’s not so tall on the sides. Great color and price is cheaper than my local Petco though

This is a great product for hay for our pet guinea pig. It’s in the corner of his cage and we have it secured to the cage with a zip tie. It is sturdy and a great design, our guinea pig is able to eat freely from it and even jumps into the hay from time to time.

We have two rats, and a Martin's Cage (24" W x 14" D x 36" H) and this pan takes up a lot of space. We probably could do with a smaller litter box for our rats but I wasn't seeing a smaller size on amazon so just got it anyway. It's pretty lightweight so it can be moved around easily, but there is a small hole in the corner if I wanted to secure it to the cage. I probably will when my babies get a bit bigger, but they can't move it too far at this point. It's made out of a thin plastic, but we have boy rats so hopefully they don't shew on it (I've heard that girls are more likely to chew up plastic). So aside from the size, this works great in my rat cage.

We have 7mos old rats who were "kinda potty trained". We just used a plastic tray for them before upgrading to these litter boxes. These litter boxes are worth it!!! The rats now use them exclusively! They LOVE to back ALL the way up to the corner to go potty-- and since these have high backs, the potty doesn't go out of the box (like before). We have a big cage and two rats-- so we have two of these litter boxes. They have decided to use the down-stairs one for poo and the upper one for pee. We also use a pee rock. Google it for rats. It works!
