Not as good as 3M VHB but still quite good. I stuck wooden letters to metal siding. One letter fell off overnight, probably due to my own failure to get the tape in just the right spots, and I couldn't get the foam backing off the siding without scratching the siding. Maybe some goo remover would work, but I got enough off that it's not too noticeable. It's not adjustable. Once it's stuck, it's not sliding or shifting without destroying the foam backing.

I have an older sports car and the mirror fell out of the assembly. I tried to glue it back in place, but to no avail. I was able to repair my mirror with a little prep work and this wide tape. So far so good. This repair using tape saved me a good amount of money, since a replacement mirror assembly for my car is costly to buy even used, plus the time to install. Great tape.

It's decent tape but not that good. The glue itself is pretty good but the tape itself is some thick cheapo foam material that will shred itself to bits if you ever need to remove it. So far only HEAVY scraping will get the stuff off. But you'd think, doesn't that mean the tape holds GREAT? Nope. It fails maybe 40% of the time within the day. Now usually if it doesn't fail by then it wont, but if it does you'll be stuff scraping away nasty foam bits and residue before trying again. Overall I probably wouldn't buy again.Edit: So it has its uses. The tape seems to prefer smoother surfaces. It has its use cases, if it DOES stick, the bond is impressive, stronger than prolly any other tape I have. If it doesnt, it fails pretty quick and leaves a nasty cleanup. In those cases I switch over to my 3M tape.

This is my fault as I thought it would work after watching a review. I did use it when it was pretty cold out on plastic..... it didn't stick and fell right off. It stuck well to the metal magnet I was trying to use... I will try again when it warms back up.

I have been using 3M tape for installing no hole solar panels to cargo trailer. I decided to give this a try in two inch version. Much, much cheaper, easier to work with and seems to be on par with 3M tape. I think this is a great value and great product. The 3M (1 inch) kept 3 100 watt panels for 4 years at highway speeds with one questionable mount. Tested LLPT at high speeds when fresh (before 72 hour fully cured time) with no problem, but time will tell, but I feel this will be better solution even if they cost the same.

Looks great! It's subtle instead of huge and awkward like a wing. It has survived an automated car wash several times now with no damage.

I have used this LLPT Double-Sided Foam Tape and 3M Double Sided Tape to mount pictures on walls, hang items on my home office desks, and install outdoor cameras. I found LLPT Double Sided Foam tape was easy to unwind from the roll and it sticks better than 3M Double-Sided Tape. It is 2 inches wide and it can be used on any surface like metal, plastic, glass, wood, or carpet. I will recommend this LLPT Double-Sided Foam Tape if you looking for an easy-to-use, light weight, waterproof, and inexpensive, solution.

Held on difficult surfaces. Nearly as good as 3m tape at a fraction of the price

I held up a 50 lb mirror to a porous wooden door and it’s solid.I was worried it would fall off and bought enough to hold most of the mirrors surface area but it was strong enough to hold the mirror with a couple strips. I now have a bunch extra and it’s pretty useful around the house. I even used it to mount a dashcam to windshield and the heat hasn’t melt the adhesive yet. It’s very strong and the foam means that it’s a pain to get off.It will rip paint off walls once’s it pressed down.

Not as sticky as the 3m tape. But much less expensive so worth the money.
