I just installed the roof racks this afternoon. This is the information I provided to the seller. We'll see what happens.When tightening the nuts on the bolts one of the bolts stripped out (on the front left bracket). I then had to readjust the rear rack and after I moved it, another bolt stripped out on the back left! I need two left brackets, or really just two of the internal bolt clamp pieces. If you can supply the bolt clamp pieces, then please give me more than two as I'm quite worried that the others may strip out when I place all four brackets back on the vehicle. I'll leave pictures in a review, hopefully you can supply the pieces quickly as this roof rack is worthless right now. They probably need to look into the quality of metal used on these brackets as they stripped out quite easily.

I'm very pleased with these cross bars. Look great on my vehicle and feel like they're more robust than the OEM option sold at my dealership. Craftsmanship is very high quality, especially the powder coating on all metal parts. My only criticism is with the instructions. They need to do better. Nowhere do they mention that you need to practically disassemble the "tower" brackets in order to fit them onto the roof rails. At first I had convinced myself that I was crazy, but when I pulled in my neighbor for a 2nd opinion, he confirmed that I was not. Having said that, it will take you much longer than expected to install, but it will be worth it. I'm confident these will serve me well for years to come.

I got these and put the on and was surprised. It was an easy install, very study and works great for my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. Very sturdy, don't notice the noise unless you really listen for it.

We recently purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson SUV that had the rails for a roof rack but not the cross bars that we needed to carry larger bulky items on the roof of the car. We asked the dealer about adding them to the car price and imagine my surprise when the salesman suggested buying them from Amazon instead of the dealership because they wanted over $700 for the same thing that Amazon sells for under $150. So that was a no brainer and I received the cross bars in less than a week and installed them in about an hour. I have already used them and they worked out just fine.
