I bought this since my factory Gmc Yukon gas cap was coming loose, I was worried since the threads are totally differently from the factory one. But it fits snuggly, tightness up nicely & as you can see even with the key it’s not an issue with room removing the gas cap. This fuel cap was cheaper than the ones at local auto parts stores, also at GMC dealerships & other Amazon stores. So far my loose fuel cap hazard issue hasn’t came back on yet.

The gas cap fits 1st gen Tacoma just fine. It's slightly bigger than the regular one, but it's not an issue. No check engine light, so it seals just as good as the factory one.

I can't for the life of me understand why toyota didn't include a lock for the has cap door, 75k on a truck and some punk at a rest stop was able to syphon off almost half my gastank, almost left me stranded in Mojave desert. Not anymore. Some gas caps give you errors with Lexus and Toyota, but no problem with this one.
