I love this pan! It is very well seasoned from the start and I have really enjoyed cooking with it. I've used it for braising chicken and lamb, as well as sauteing veggies on the stovetop.

The seasoning is terrible it flakes off. Removing the seasoning and reseasoning is mandatory. The finishing of the cast iron is bad. Looks like they were using a beaver to remove excess material after casting. Over all its ok. 3 min with a grinder with flap wheel and 3 coats of avocado oil seasoning its great.
