This is a very durable and large pizza peel. It wasn't too heavy to lift and hold. I love the one side that measures out the crust while rolling it. This is nice looking enough to hang on the kitchen wall when not in use. Wipes clean with a damp towel.

The quality feels professional, the guides are perfect for getting your pizza to the correct size and the slice guides are so useful for when your pizza is ready to get sliced. The price is a bargain for the overall quality of this peel, and overall felt better than a metal peel. I really enjoyed using mine! (also was super easy to clean)

Love my new peel as I embark on a pizza journey. Pizza dough slides off easy. Handle is sufficiently long enough. Especially like the different size diameters engraved on peel. My oversight was not reading the weight & width of this peel. Would have preferred a lighter & smaller one but overall I am happy quite with purchase. Plus it makes for a nice decor hung

This pizza peel is a good build quality - despite being also very light (in a good way). Nice to have the labels for different diameters. Helps me determine how wide to stretch the dough!

Wood is important, uncooked pizza slides much better than from metal. The cutting and measuring grid is nice to have as well.Good quality. Buy it.

... In tollem Design. Perfekt für jede. Pizziaolo. Ich nutze es rein zum schneiden, da es deutlich angenehmer ist wie auf den kleinen Holztellern zu schneiden. Danach wird auf den richtigen Holztellern serviert. Großartig. Dachte zuerst, dass ich das selbst hinbekomme mit einem Holzstück. Zu dem Preis inkl Arbeitszeit nicht für diesen Preis möglich. Daher passt der Preis auch für mich. 5 Sterne.

I purchased this pizza peel for several reasons:- easy to clean bamboo- inscribed with the rings for multiple sizes of pizza- cutting guide as wellEven better, I just place some flour on the surface, flatten my dough on the peel, add the ingredients and slide it directly onto the pizza stone in the oven. It doesn't get any easier than that!Quality and lightweight.
