The item's description says it has audio indication of logic levels as well as LED... the LEDs work fine, but there is no audio. Works well enough if you don't mind constantly having to look at it... I do. Hence the 2 stars. I'll keep it as an emergency backup because, honestly... it's just not worth the hassle of returning it. It could just be the unit I got is faulty... no idea. Doesn't matter, the review is based off of what I received... and, again... not worth the hassle. Just get something better... I got this one to try it out, now I know. Get the long black ones, and treat them well. They're much better.UPDATE: Updated the review to 1 star instead of 2... It stopped working so I opened it up to check and one of the solder joins had let go. I get it, stuff happens... but while I was in there I was going to check out the speaker/buzzer to see why it wasn't working. ... It's not there, there's not even a spot on the board FOR a speaker. This thing doesn't beep like the description said, MOREOVER it doesn't even have the PART inside of it TO BEEP. They're lying.

A little bulky and the LEDs are too bright IMO, but does what it needs to do.

This is a basic unit, does have mem capability - but I don't use it. Pretty basic stuff right here. But, works as advertised, which is what counts.It should be noted that the probe thickness will not allow checking into a proto-board hole - you can file the end a little to do this.

I saw the reviews that said no audio. I purchased this anyway because the description clearly says it has audio. Don't waste your time like I did. There is no audio. The description is a lie. No, you're not smarter than everyone else. Trust me. I thought I was.

Well it won't replace your Oscillope but for a few Quick signal readings it works well, I have used it a few times already Vs dragging out the scope, works well for its intended use.

the simple logic probe worked exactly as I expected it would. I was able to see the digital logic in various places in a simple circuit!
