I needed something able to reach down into a broken diesel injector hole to retrieve the broken off drill bit that was extending through the broken bolt. This helped! In the end a small snap-on magnet retrieved it! Now I just need a warm block, so waiting on the snow to go away.Very nice pliers. I took the ring off. It was hurting my hand. I can see how these would be great for fishing, but I used them for automotive.

I use these for fishing. They are perfect - relatively lightweight and great for removing hooks. And the included coil lanyards work well for wading rivers while trout fishing. I hook one of the pliers along with my small Swiss army knife onto a lanyard from my belt, and then they go into my pocked or I just let them hang - either way works fine. Makes the pliers and scissors on the knife very convenient and accessible.Awesome tools for the price!!

I needed something that was long and skinny to remove a blockage that was in a pipe. These pliers were long enough, thin enough, and strong enough that allowed me good purchase on the item and to pull it out of a 1/2†pipe.They will also double as hook remover pliers for fishing. I am very satisfied.

I have a pair of needle nose pliers but they are too large for the project I am working on. Because of the narrowness of these pliers I will be able to do what I had planned.

I really like the jaw length of these pliers. The jaw length really meets my needs. However, the quality issue I have is the right spring leaf broke after one month of use. I can still use them, but if the other leaf breaks , the pliers are useless.

It's what was described but mine was broken. The length was good but the spring and one handle aren't working cause the plastic cover lookes to be sliced
