Seat cushion is 3-16/17" thick while the back cushion is about 4-3/4" thick. Solid wood frame features front and back cross bars under seat for extra durability and strength. Four-leg, nonskid base is equipped with adjustable leg sliders for leg leveling. Chair also features fixed armrests to add to your comfort. Weight capacity is 250 lb. Seat measures 20-7/8" wide x 17-3/8" deep. Back size is 20-7/8" wide x 15-3/4 high.

I like the chairs. The cushions are surprisingly firm and can startle some users. They are comfortable. On certain carpets, the footpeds can grab particularly well, perhaps too well. The chairs are fairly well constructed but seem slightly flimsy. For the price, they are excellent for us.

When new I liked these chairs. The frames are solid and attractive and the seat is comfortable. Unfortunately a woman wearing jeans with sequins on the rear pockets sat in one during a dinner. The chair seat had a dozen slits from the sequins and made me realize that the plastic covers are very thin.After three years the bottom liners of two of the three chairs purchased just fell apart into flakes, yet the third is like new. All three have seen the same environment and usage.I would not buy again.

I had been shopping around for a chair for a while for my office! I wanted to try this one despite seeing the reviews about the poor assembly process! Sure enough, one of the screws came stripped and I couldn't tighten it down all the way. Very frustrated and now I'm trying to return it!

Comfortable, sturdy, well built.It was kind of a bugger to get some of the bolts to line up with the holes.
